The original room did not have a working AC so we had to ask about a room change. Keisha was so helpful and got it situated so quickly. She was so nice. We bugged her with so many little questions and small tasks, like breaking bills for the vending machines and band-aids after I hurt my ankles walking around at Busch Gardens. She was so nice, kind, and patient with us. Thank you so much, please give her a raise.

The hotel is older than the pictures on line but was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

The rooms need a total upgrade. The room I was staying is was supposed to be non-smoking but still smelt like smoke. The room needed some TLC
-
The staff was very rude and not helpful at all! I literally had a spider crawling on my pillow when I went to lay down. It was over all just a very bad experience.
-
The rooms were not clean, very dusty, bathroom roof was leaking, couldnt use the toilet.
-
Our room had a leak in the ceiling… the only reason I booked The room was because of the pool… and guess what the pool was closed both inside and outside

Clean room

The room was clean but dated. The furniture and walls were seriously outdated and the wall paper was peeling. The staff were helpful but only permitted one key card which when traveling with a teenager is a hassle. The hallway carpet is worn and the vents are hanging off their mark, which I walked around for fear they'd fall. Finally, there is no security and anyone can enter the building at any time from any entrance.

The room was not clean, the sheet were soiled

They don't actually serve continental breakfast. It's boil eggs and bread. The staff was not helpful and very rude

The property was very well located near to downtown Williamsburg. The room was comfortable but I missed not having a microwave. Nice having a refrigerator. Room cleaning was not automatic. I had to notify the front desk by 8:00 am the day prior. Once I heard a knowledge from housekeeping but I was showering. I asked if they could return after 10:00 am. No reply and they never came back to clean the room. Sitting on the toilet, the sink countertop jammed into my shoulder. Poor design of a bathroom. Breakfast was never reliable to have sufficient food. The first morning, breakfast was almost totally empty b 9:30 but was open til 10:00 am. Myself as well as others had to go to the front desk asking for someone to replenish food for breakfast. Breakfast was very poorly supervised. The front parking lot had trash strewn around and no one I ever saw cleaned the front parking lot and entrance. The hot tub was very nice but the pool as too cold for me to use for swimming. The first two floors ice machines were almost always inoperable. I doubt I will stay in a Days In. Again based on this week long stay I completed.

Honestly I wouldn't recommended this hotel because the desk personal were horrible....I had room 409 but my error and I went to room 410 and my key worked in both rooms....I told the desk and the woman thought I was nuts..so she reprogrammed the card..but me being curious I went to 410 again and the card worked yet again..thats really scary knowing someone could use any key to get in any room..breakfeast was toast..cereal..and boiled eggs that's it..no continental breakfeast..the day I was leaving the shower wouldn't turn on the lady came up had a hard time getting it to turn on..looks at me and walk out the door like I was bothering her...indoor outdoor pool were nicely kept and cleaned that was the best part of the hotel to be honest...room was bad...mine didn't have a microwave but did have a fridge..bad wasn't bad comfortable..but the up keeping needs to take of the building..also no way to charge your electronics cause the out let's arent equipped and one in my room wasn't working..very disappointed.

the AC unit was not working well. Plaster on the wall was falling down. The bathroom was dirty. Moved again to the 2nd floor the bathroom was okay, but the bedding on one bed looked slept in. The pillows looked as if someone slept on them. No towels wash clothes or hand towels. Will not ever go to days inn again. I feel like there should be a refund. Terrible experience.

Easy check in with Dwight who was super friendly and polite. He assisted me greatly in getting me a room with a fridge. The room was clean and even had a coffee maker in the room. Sadly, it had no microwave. I stayed here before and my last room had a fridge and microwave. So appears to be hit and miss whether you get one. The outdoor pool was open and was nice and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent and my kids loved it. Overall good stay and good location.

Very nice stay and the continental breakfasts were delicious.

Don't stay here. They should burn the place down. The pools are gross. The breakfast is pathetic. The staff is lazy and not hospitable. The staff let people remain at the pool outside and play loud music and smoke weed late into the night. Do not stay here!

All was good

The reception area is kept nicely, but it masks a multitude of sins. Our room, upon entering, had a wet carpet and a discarded pen on the floor from the last inhabitants. The shower rail was hanging off the wall and screwed precariously into cracked tiles. We couldn't turn the shower on and had to seek help, then when it switched on, it was cold. Warm (not hot!) water was restored by the morning but those cold bedtime showers were rough. Breakfast was free, which was a plus, but half of the supplies had run out by 8am. We had to wait half an hour for someone to bring more milk for the cereal they offered. Polystyrene plates and plastic cups were offered for single use and no recycling was evident, which is just very sad, really.

The rooms were smelly and falling apart. They had car air fresheners through out the room which didn't help. I saw a bug hopping around the sink and the sink water didn't drain
-
The room was not the cleanest.
