Comfort Inn Williamsburg Gateway

There was a fridge with freezer in the room. Free breakfast available that was adequate and staff kept stocked. Free parking on site. There was an outdoor pool that looked beautiful but we did not use it. Elevator available.

Kind and helpful staff, good food options and availability, overall good room, clean, safe and great location with fair price.

Clean and well stocked room, helpful and friendly staff, very clean facility. And the beds were also good quality.

Our stay at the hotel was very nice overall, the staff were polite and always said hello when we would walk past. I liked how safe we felt there with the side doors locking at night even if you had a key card. Only down side for us was how hard the mattress was.

Carpet could use a little cleaning. Some parts a little dated, but overall look great, clean, great staff, breakfast okay but sufficient, great location, beds great. Elevator in the back of the building..only stairs from lobby access. Overall stay was good, especially for a last minute road trip on holiday weekend. Would stay again.

Move to this hotel after my first one was disgusting. Staff was great and very helpful, room was nice, food in the morning was nice.

Very clean. Updated, comfortable.

Seemed to have stumbled on a bug infestation in bathroom. Staff did come to look and said we could move rooms or just leave with no refund because we pre-paid, which was a little confusing. Stayed here only because of all the positive reviews, but probably would not stay here again. Other staff was super friendly.

Large, comfortable, clean, well-kept room. The halls, breakfast area, elevators and outdoors were very well maintained and clean. Employees were pleasant, professional and helpful. I was extremely impressed with the breakfast and that the food was replenished continuously. Everything about this hotel was amazing and the best part was it's only 4 minutes from Colonial Williamsburg.

Exceptional clean hotel. Staff is so nice and very helpful. We had questions about the area, they were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The walk from the front desk to the elevator was a long one.

Comfortable beds, clean room with plenty of space, excellent front desk and breakfast staff makes for the perfect stay.

Exactly what was needed

The hotel staff was really kind willing to correct any problems. My advice would be to arrive by 3pm, if possible.

Good overall stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and cooperative. The only issues were that the bathtub didn't drain well, and the mattress was worn out and sagged in the middle. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.

We normally stay at Hilton but this Comfort Inn had higher ratings in this area. I was skeptical at first but beyond pleasantly surprised! It was very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, as well as sofa. The staff were very friendly and personable. I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.
