The property was closed when we arrived. The phone number for property had no message and just rang! The property sent multiple e mail confirming reservation including a pre-registration on line check-in. See explanation above.

Breakfast was good. Hotels website and booking.com both list daily housekeeping as an amenity at this place but apparently that only applies if you call the night before and request house keeping, otherwise they don’t touch the rooms. There’s no signage of this in the lobby or rooms so that guests are aware. They do not answer the text line they insist you use to make requests nor fulfill requests made on it, additionally the rooms show signs of wear and tear such as torn up carpets, scratches and missing paint, etc. Went to get ice for the room and the ice machines on our floor and the one above us weren’t even plugged in, additionally multiple broken dryers in the laundry area. Has a business center that should have a computer and printer as advertised. No printer and the computer is just a monitor. No keyboard. Additionally the Wi-Fi is massively terrible it would disconnect out of nowhere. Take forever to reconnect. Etc. doors also do not lock to the outside (not just the lobby but all doors) allowing anyone to enter the building at any time with or without a hotel key.

breaskfast carpet was torn. vanity in bathroom was falling apart

Only complaint would be the mold on the ceiling in the shower and the musty smell in the hallway on the third floor. First floor didn't smell like that. Not sure about the other floors. Also the shower was scolding hot even with it barely on.

The area was nice The room was filthy, dried soap in shower, mold all around the trim. Toilet was broken, room door didnt close all the way. Mold in mini fridge, splattered food or something on curtains. The bedding and towels stained. Floors were dirty like not vacuumed or washed. Drove 4 hours to enjoy busch gardens with my kids, we went came back to hotel and left. Horrible wasting money on a hotel as shady and dirty as this place was.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Where do I begin. 1. During check-in one of the male employees was in the woman's bathroom. There was no sign that warned people he was in there, he wasn't visibly cleaning and when my daughter walked into the bathroom he was laying his head down on the sink. My daughter who is in her early 20's and empathetic tried talking to him because she was concerned there was a medical emergency but he just stared at her (possibly a language barrier). She really needed to use the bathroom since we were from out of state and he just stood there. So, she walked out and after a minute he left. I am not sure what was going on and she didn't tell me what happened until we left the check-in building. I am glad it was my older daughter and not a child who went in. 2. The building where the rooms are, smelled like mold/mildew. The walls looked like they had water damage. The elevator had floor damage and a puddle of water on it. The elevator smelled horrible. 3. Our room looked clean but the picture in the bathroom had black mold in it like it had been collecting moisture for a while in the frame. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. When we turned the a/c on the unit smelled and my daughter and I who has asthma went into a coughing fit. 4. There were no wash clothes. We had towels, 2 large towels and 2 hand towels but no wash clothes. 5. The curtains on the one side were broken and missing one part.

There was no air conditioning in the hallways.

Night shift front desk guy was very friendly and accommodating! Housekeeping lady (I'm not sure what her position was) constantly standing outside the back door smoking cigarettes. Extreme mold in multiple locations in the room and bathroom. Lady running the breakfast literally raised her voice and yelled at me. There's an abandoned shipping container on the back of the property.

The breakfast room was nice. The table we sat at was not clean . The toilet in our original bathroom leaked all over the bathroom. We were given the choice of extra towels to absorb the water or move to another room. I didn’t like the idea of my grandchildren walking in toilet water so we accepted the room change. I didn’t like that the pool water was green so the boys couldn’t enjoy a swim .
