Clean all around, comfortable bed, spacious room

Good location, helpful staff, and convenient breakfast. Room had a great setup and was very comfortable.

Staff was very pleasant and greeted with welcoming smiles ! Pool was fantastic! Online it stated somewhere check in was 2pm then come to find out actual check in was 3pm. I really wished the check in was at 2pm instead of 3pm.!!!

My family and I stayed at this hotel while visiting colonial Williamsburg and I would absolutely recommend it. We have 4 kids and the suite was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for. Every single employee we encountered at this hotel went above and beyond to help us have a great stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel is clean, room was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately very few options for cable tv service (no sports on major networks). Walking around property is an option to stretch legs. Easy to get to, quiet. Near university and a few food options. Bring own breakfast food.

We loved this property. Very clean and the rooms were so well set up - lots of plug ins, hooks by the door to hang bags, etc.

The only think I think they can improve on is breakfast and Wednesday social. They pulled pork was served everyday and I pretty sure it was not changed out everyday day. The Wednesday social they served Campbell chicken noodle soup. Everyday: Scrambled eggs Boiled eggs Toast, bagels, waffles, corn muffins Cereal (fruit loops, cornflakes and rasin brain) Pork shreeded (looked like same Pork each day) Torilla Sasla and picked onions Yogart Oatmeal with toppings Milk Apple juice Rotating: Orange juice only once Pork sausage (looked horrible) Diced ham Bacon only once in a week Pancakes French toast stick (best thing of the week) Wednesday evening: Campbell chicken noodle soup Crackers Cubed cheese Spinach dip Garlic bread Lettuce mix and ranch Trail mix Chez its Carmeal popcorn Chips ahoy cookies Lemonade Beer and wine

Our family’s go-to when staying in Williamsburg. Exceptional facility especially the 2-bedroom suites. Very clean and well maintained throughout. Outstanding location - very close or short drive to all the hotspots.

Great location, close to Busch Gardens as well as Colonial Williamsburg. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was incredibly spacious.
