Excellent service

Our room wasn't clean at all. the luggage carts were covered in dog hair. the floors in the hallways were filthy as well. We normally like going here but this time was different.

Worst sleep ever. Didn’t sleep honestly. Mattress in main bedroom was different than the 2nd bedroom mattresses. It was flat and painful.

The staff was courteous and professional. Daily correspondence to make sure everything was ok. Front desk was a great source of information for attractions and dining in the area.

Overall great experience. Bathroom, bedroom and linens were clean. Staff was friendly and was able to accommodate my families needs. Onsite pool and continental breakfast was a plus.

I love the how clean and modern it was. Breakfast was great. Lots of options to choose and customize to my liking. Loved everything down to the ceiling fan in the room! Great location..small salt water pool was a nice touch..

We had a great stay. Breakfast was meh, but you get what you pay for lol(free). I loved the location. Hope to return soon.

Great location and property. There were two issues with our room that I spoke with front desk staff about and the issues were resolved by the time we returned later that day. If I was to give any complaints it would be that the only ice machine is on the lower level. During breakfast, it appeared to be only one staff was working cleaning the dishes and refilling food items. Large groups came down for breakfast and cleared most of everything out and we ended up eating breakfast out that morning. Otherwise, a great place to stay, and highly recommend.

Clean rooms, appliances in good condition, staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Our room was very clean. The housekeeping staff were very cheerful and friendly. Breakfast included all the making for tacos which was a nice change. I would highly recommend staying here.

Good location, close to town but not in town. but close enough. would recommend for a reasonable price and good location.

The breakfast was a small variety but doable. The staff was great especially the front desk.

For the pool door it would not open with the key card. Someone from inside would have to open it for you or it would have to be left open. Also the dog stations were not full all the time. I had to ask two different times for bags to pick up my dogs poop.

Excellent option for our family of 7. We enjoyed the Premiere 2-bedroom suite, which was spacious and comfortable. Great location, just a few minutes away from the historic Williamsburg visitor center. Nice breakfast.

This hotel is a remodeled 70s property. During the facelift, Hilton did not invest in a new HVAC system for the rooms, therefore, the noise from the air conditioner fan is unbearably loud. I had to use ear plug to be able to sleep. I finally had to move to another Homewood property in Yorktown.

The staff was super friendly. The hotel was quiet at night. The room was clean and spacious.

Breakfast was great with glasses,silverware and plates. The shower was horrible. Hard to adjust with pin point water hard against your skin. Need to change the shower heads. Doors weren't aligned properly because they wouldn't stay open. Minor problems.
