We like it. Nice room and staffs, no free breakfast.

Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was huge for a regular room. On-site free parking is always a plus but the lot is not very big so if you come later at night you might not be able to find a spot. Staff were nice and friendly for the most part. I would stay here again!

Just in Williamsburg for one night. This plane had the Kiefer price and location. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Great rooms!!

This property was clean. Staff was exceptional in their services. Would absolutely stay again.

Overall, had a nice stay! Checking in was great and front desk was super friendly. Room seemed clean and was quiet. Cover behind of the shower handle was broken and coming off the wall….didn’t make my stay awful, but would look much better if things were addressed/fixed for future guests.

1. Our door handle malfunctioned making us try several times to successfully open the door. 2. This one seems silly, but it would be very nice if microwave popcorn was available in the store. 3. The ice machine on 5th floor did not work. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Staff was very friendly.

too close to a dispensary

They charge almost $20 for a breakfast that most hotels give for free! I saw the option to pay $8 for “made to order” breakfast and thought…I’m fine with just eggs and bacon-don’t need it cooked specifically for me.

Your hotel had carts to bring in our luggage for 6 people.

Cleanliness of the property.

Overall this is a nice hotel and the rooms are spacious and well decorated. A bit noisy - you can hear louder people in the halls or doors slamming, which is never fun. Breakfast was adequate - no better, no worse than you'd find in Hampton or other similar properties. I do not typically stay in this brand of hotel, but it is fine for one night. Many options in that area and all are generally suitable.

The room was surprisingly large and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean. We're glad we chose the breakfast option as it was a delicious way to begin the day with a variety of buffet options. The stay was quiet. The staff was wonderful. The price was affordable. Loved it!

The room was cleaned well and a nice space for a family of four. The pool is a little small but we still enjoyed it. The grounds were well maintained the hotel staff that I spoke with so very helpful. Check in was smooth and easy. Worth a returning visit.

This is a perfect property to stay at whether you are there for Busch Gardens, Historic Williamsburg, or William and Mary. Very good, quiet, and safe location. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable with a great choice of pillows. The pool offered good hours, 7am-11pm. Overall, an excellent value for the price. Would definitely stay at this property again. Also, less than two miles from the hotel, we would highly recommend Hohl Coffee. Everyone got a little something different for breakfast and everyone was well pleased. Peach raspberry gallette - yum!

Once again, an excellent stay at the Williamsburg Holiday Inn!
