Everyone is pleasant and helpful. Breakfast of good value if one books it before arrival; however is boring, some variation from day to day would be well worth it.

Person working the desk when we checked in wasn’t very friendly and honestly made me feel uncomfortable, though other individuals we interacted with at the front desk were very friendly. Suite was roomy but smelled of mold. Getting clean towels was a bit of an issue. Beds were comfortable and my kids loved the indoor pool.

The room and the common areas were clean and the front desk personnel was very nice and helpful.

Pros: - Staff was all very nice. No complaints. - Close proximity to Colonial Williamsburg, therefore, the cost of Ubering back and forth was not bad. - Lots of parking. - Our suite met our needs. Three adults. Two of us slept in the king bed and one of us slept on the fold out couch in the living room which was separated by a door. Worked out well. - Bathroom and shower was nice. Cons: - We stayed on the top floor of the hotel during a heat wave and the HVAC just couldn't keep up. Our thermostat was set at 65, but the room sat at a balmy 75 - 78 degrees. Fortunately, we brought our own fans. - Breakfast, which costs over $15, was very mediocre. Would not recommend. - Ice machine on our floor didn't work, but we were able to use the one on the floor below us. I would stay here again, if need be.

Solo traveler here, I requested a double queen room, because of the price, but was given a accessable King instead. The extra space was nice, only issue was the shower was a roll-in and the drain in the shower area was higher than the one in the middle of the bathroom floor, so all the water drained and puddled to the center of the room, usually leaving a 1 inch of standing water over the entire floor every time I showered. That would the only concern, but if user was incapable of wiping down all that water it could be a hazard. Poor design.

The air conditioning in 401 wasn’t great, but Nathalia moved us to 407 and it was perfect. She even gave us a voucher for a free breakfast! She was fantastic and helpful 💛

Nice hotel clean quiet all i ask for

The Wifi was terrible and I couldn't get a 5 or 4G data signal anywhere on the property. The breakfast was awful. All the fruit had a chemical taste like it had been sprayed or washed with hand sanitizer. The eggs were cold and very hard. The coffee options were regular and regular with just whole milk. I expected better with it being something you had to pay extra for.

We routinely stay at this specific hotel when we visit Williamsburg. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and it’s a quiet hotel even when it’s full. It is also at a very convenient location for Busch Gardens and the Outlet mall. The only thing that I ca. mention is that the breakfast is an additional charge and is essentially the same breakfast that is free elsewhere. That’s a drawback. We will be regular customers due to the staff and the upkeep of the hotel!

My husband and I had a relaxing long weekend. Our room and hotel was clean. Housekeeping came in one day to tidy up and everything was perfect when we returned. They were very respectful of our room. I have to mention the bartenders! Carrie and Ramona were fabulous! Their drinks were perfect and they kept us laughing. These ladies made our trip!

No complaints. Didn't use any gratuitous amenities (if there were any). Staff was nice and accommodating and resourceful.

Love the property close to food and the parks.

More touch up on rooms

Tried to check in a little earlier and the desk staff lied and stated no rooms was available and mind you check in at 3 p.m. And, I was told the cleaning staff don’t start cleaning until 9 a.m. The bath towels had long hair on them. I don’t think I will ever stay there again if I ever visit again.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Pool area was clean and spacious.
-
The hotel is a decent value for the area being reasonably priced. The pool is open late which was a bonus. The rooms are dated but clean. There’s no free continental breakfast, they have an on site restaurant that you can buy breakfast or dinner from. We opted not to eat at the hotel. They have no connecting rooms which was disappointing for us, but they did make them adjoining. All in all the hotel was ok and served its purpose.
-
It was a great stay overall. Just the breakfast sucked. They could upgrade. Otherwise the stay was great very clean.
