We had two rooms. Very basic but clean. Breakfast was included which we ate our first day. We went out for breakfast afterwards as their breakfast is very lacking and not very good. We needed a clean place to sleep, so it worked for us.

Needs maintenance work. Carpets need replacing. Pool drains for water splashing are clogged making its way into the fitness room entrance. No outside ventilation coming in so very humid. But the kids didn’t care. Breakfast was great though. The usual hot reconstituted eggs and sausage. Waffles and fruit, yogurt, muffins, cold cereal, juices, Hot chocolate was available 24/7. Staff was friendly.

Nothing is perfect, but we would definitely stay here again. Good location, 3 miles from Colonial Williamsburg. Front desk staff was great. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Short walk to 3 restaurants.

We come to Williamsburg twice a year and this is the only hotel we stay at. The staff is great!! Rooms are nice with amenities and beds very comfortable.
