Even though complimentary breakfast was advertised on both Expedia and Days Inn sites, they did not offer breakfast nor did they offer any credit. We stayed from Thursday until Monday yet there was no housekeeping. Although the room was clean, the bathroom was run down.
-
Lesson learned: Don’t assume motel is clean by photos. Photos attached are after housekeeper left the room.

A/C was awesome, bed was very comfortable. Room amenities were clean and in good working order , refrigerator, microwave, 50" TV. Not my best Windom stay.
-
Staff very nice at check in and quiet stay. Had a pool. Room wasn’t very clean and someone stuck pimple patches all over the wall and it wasn’t cleaned off I guess the cleaners didn’t see it. Gave me 2 towels and 2 washcloths for a four day stay but you can go to the front desk and request more. AC works well. Rooms don’t look like the picture and are very dated. Cheap stay and mostly used the room to shower and sleep so it served its purpose and staff were very kind

Great location for Colonial Williamsburg. Clean older style motel.
-
This property did not offer breakfast, so only had coffee.
-
The price wasn’t to bad. Seems like The property host live in customers and they are hanging out talking loud all night making it difficult to rest.

Location wasnt bad but the room was disgusting upon arrival. I bought my own cleaning supplies and scrubbed the bathroom and vanity areas because it looked like someone was previously living out of that room and there was dried food all over the sinks and counter surfaces. Also dark pubic hair all over the sinks and walls bathroom floors ect. Their website said nothing about no pets allowed soni was stopped my 2nd night they asked if i had a dog and i advised i did. They told us at 11pm we had to leave. We had no where to go so they dropped it for the night. However they trird to kick us out 2 more nights we stayed. I tried to take a bath 2 nights and both times the front fldesk called asking me not to run the bath because the water is leaking into the room below me so i couldn't even take a bath to relax Location..thats it!

Our Vacation: From Horror Movie to Captain John Smith. After arriving at our first pre-paid hotel only to find it entirely closed for renovations, Expedia successfully passed us around to five different phone agents like a hot potato. They finally booked us a new room. We walked in, and I am convinced it was the set of a budget horror movie. The amenities included:A toilet featuring a literal biological hazard.A bathtub coated in hair and yellow mystery sludge.A fridge coated in unidentifiable spills.Enormous spiderwebs everywhere.Beds sprinkled with "mystery brown flakes."Multiple dead roaches acting as decor. When I called Expedia to complain, an agent named Joanna helpfuly suggested we just switch rooms—because clearly, only that specific room was cursed. Cue my complete mental breakdown in the lobby.Thankfully, the hotel manager was an angel and offered a full refund. I called Expedia back, crying hysterically, and finally reached a saint of a man. He recommended a place that was "outdated but clean."We checked into the Captain John Smith Inn. The front desk guy assured us it wasn’t luxury, but it was spotless. He was right! It looks like 1985 in here, but everything is clean and organized. He even called our room five minutes later to double-check.My husband and I are finally horizontal, relaxing, and breathing clean air!

The location and nearby restaurants/stores. Filthy and disgusting!!! So many issues with this hotel, I don’t understand how it’s still in business.

It was convenient to where we were visiting. It was dirty. Everything about it was dirty. The floors, the counters, the bathroom, and the beds. I asked for new bedding and they only gave me one sheet and I had a room with 2 beds. There was blood on the floor and dirt all around the corners. I was going to ask for a new room but weren’t in there the whole time and the sheet they gave us was enough, thankfully. There was men all around the area so I had to be on facetime with my brother so i felt safe. Will never book with them ever again.

Nothing It was dirty

Avoid room 151 it looks like a crime scene that they didn't bother cleaning up .If your looking for a peaceful place to sleep forget about it people out here blasting there music in the middle of the night.

Good location! Room smelled like stale smoke!
-
Upon arrival, the couch bed had all kinds of stains on it. The carpet in the room is very dirty, there were a few bugs as well. The actual couch was dirty too with various stains and just dirty. This property appears to be one of the worst in the area. Also check the sheets and covers! They still had stains on them as well. I will never book this hotel again.

2. Laptop safe was locked.

Room was not clean. Door and walls were dirty, air conditioning vent was very dirty. Phone in room did not work. TV did not work but they replaced that. Seems there was a lack of help to maintain the rooms
