Embassy Suites Williamsburg

The rooms I stayed in were nice and clean, plus the staff were great and the breakfast was amazing, as they always made sure to keep it stocked up for their guests.

The stay was awesome, just wish the had a hot tub in the spa area.

We arrived in a room a little to close to the pool and asked to be moved. Super helpful young man moved us. The room we were moved too was a little off putting. Since we moved once I decided to deal with it. The could was stained and it smelled like pet were allowed. We wiped down all the surfaces but some stains remained present. I made the mistake of turning the air up too high and it never recovered. By the second night we were there. The room temp never hit below 83. I let the desk staff know on the way out as we just made it work. The breakfast and the bar area are always fantastic. Such great service and food.

This was a horrible experience. The rooms stink terribly and the rooms are dirty. Very displeased with my experience

Came in at 6:30pm computer system was down could not check in, was told to come back in A little while. Came back at 8:30 pm and was told computer system was still down and could not check anyone in and could not check in by app. Was told we would need to find another hotel even though we had paid ahead of time waiting on refund. Very disappointing after driving 12.5 hours and trying to find another hotel at night in the same area with all other guests being told the same.

For the name like EMBASSY SUITE THIS is by far no match they need to renovate the entire facility it’s shame how EMBASSY SUITE Keeping their flag on this garbage building

The rooms are a bit small but otherwise very nice.

I love the suites. Walking in, there is a living room with sofa sleeper, table with chairs and a kitchenette. The next room over is the bedroom separated by a door. Breakfast was really good and way better than 90% of other places. Nice adequately stocked bar.

Great staff from the front desk to the kitchen. Pet owners had used room 506 prior to my arrival and my allergies let me know. The front desk clerk graciously apologized and assigned me to a different room which worked out well.

Every thing was perfectly fine

First room we were given wasn't clean trash everywhere bed u made trash in bathroom. Second room was at least beds were made but smelled like cat urine and there were stains on everything sheets, furniture, matress, towels. Worst embassy we have ever been to. We have been to quite a few in many different states and we usually love all embassy suites...not this one.

The hotel is outdated, run down and smelt of smoke. The staff was kind and changed our room due to the heavy smoke smell but the second room wasn’t better. We had no choice but to stay the night but checked out the next day and stayed at a different hotel.

I loved everything about my stay! It was clean, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast staff and food was absolutely amazing. I will be staying here again.

Nice place

This was the worse Embassy Suites we have stayed at. The elevator was so slow (there were 2 but only 1 was working) we took the stairs every time (4th floor). The bedroom was one of the smallest we have stayed in at a hotel. Had I known how small it would be, we would've went up to a 2 bedroom if available. None of the phones worked in our room, the towels had yellow spots on them, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the cups in the room were dirty, and the breakfast supplies were empty. When we asked staff if more food was coming out, they were rude. It was 10 am and breakfast ran until 10:30 but they acted like we were too late to get what was supposed to be out for breakfast. I will be back to the area to visit but will definitely choose a different hotel next time. Book somewhere else.
