    EVERY THING ABOUT THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING, EMPLOYEES WERE SO FRIENDLY, CLEAN ENVIRONMENT, WOULD RECOMMEND 10/10, AND WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN! ( DID TRAVEL WITH DOG)

    The so-so: The rooms are okay. Nothing to write home about. Your normal hotel room. Beds were a little on the uncomfortable side. The breakfast was okay. Not as good as other ES I have stayed out. Decent selection but the quality just isn't there. But it is convenient and much better than the breakfast you get at other places. I suspected they used powdered eggs. The bad: They have two elevators. Only one was working. And it was slow, slow, slow. We were on the 4th floor and found it to be faster to just take the steps. The air struggled. It was hot in the lobby/bar area. They had a big fan running. My room was 75 when I got there, turned it down to 65 to cool off and it took over a day to get there. I don't think it ever shut off in my room. But in their defense, we had two 100+ days while there so everyone's A/C was probably struggling. It wouldn't my first choice probably but I would stay there again even with the negatives. It was priced fairly for the timeframe we were there.

    Loved everything about my stay from check in to checkout . Breakfast was hot and delicious. All staff was great only thing only one elevator was working. Will book again

    Excellent customer service! Quick check in with arrival gifts at happy hour. Expansive breakfast and helpful staff. 1 elevator was broken but everything else superb & clean. Convenient for Water Country and Busch Gardens trip for 2 families.

    Stayed one night in town for business. Overall I was happy with the hotel and location. Rooms a spacious suites and have been updated. Bathroom was updated but could use some refresh - wooden counter and shelf was well worn with discoloration and marks, and shower door obvious was switched from one direction to another as the old caulk was visible. Staff is very friendly and nice - front desk, happy hour bar, breakfast and housekeeping were all very personable and seemed happy. I would stay here again even though some specks were worn out and dated.

    Hotel was clean. Beds were decently comfortable. Rooms were a decent size and clean. The pool was nice also. The sofa bed was uncomfortable (but haven’t ever found one that isn’t haha!) The breakfast was wonderful, they have a buffet and made-to order. Served 2 free drinks each night for happy hour at the bar and provided light snacks

    Upon entering the hotel, the first thing we noticed was that the entryway rugs were filthy, creating a very poor first impression. Unfortunately, the condition of our room was even worse. The bathroom had a strong fish-like odor, and there was feces left on the toilet. The bed linens were stained and covered with hair, making it clear that the room had not been properly cleaned. In addition, the sofa/pullout bed was covered in numerous stains, making it unsuitable for use. When we reported these issues to the front desk, the response was unacceptable. Rather than having housekeeping address the problems, a maintenance employee brought a set of clean linens to our room in a trash bag and handed them to us, expecting us to change the bedding ourselves. When we spoke with the acting manager, we were told there was no housekeeping staff on duty. Even more concerning was the manager's explanation that the feces, stains, and other issues were simply "imperfections" and that every room has them. This response demonstrated a complete lack of accountability and concern for guest health, cleanliness, and satisfaction. The condition of the hotel and the way our concerns were handled fell far below any reasonable standard of hospitality. This experience was unacceptable, and we left feeling extremely disappointed with both the cleanliness of the property and the management's unwillingness to resolve the issues appropriately.

    The rooms were huge, comfortable well appointed.I can't imagine asking for more, especially at this price. The beds soft. Quiet. Excellent full breastfeeding. It's a steal of a deal

    Room was a bit hot and wouldn't cool even after AC was running for several hours; otherwise, as advertised. Friendly staff, clean room, free parking and excellent breakfast bar. Would stay there again.

    The property isn't new and thr future looks dated and clearly shows its years of use. The first night we got there, we had to switch rooms because our AC unit was leaking. My parents were staying in a separate room and their AC refused to get cold and my mother was unable to sleep because the room was so hot. They had to borrow a box fan from the front desk. Most of the staff was fruendly except for this female bartender who had a terrible attitude. Her face just spoke of her reluctance to be there, and anything we asked her, she gave off the vibe that we we were bothering her. Other than that, the rooms were at least clean. The cooked to order breakfast was better than the actual buffet breakfast. The wifi wasn't the best from the fifth floor. We picked this hotel for it's 5 minute distance from Colonial Williamsburg so it served that purpose. It was only a 2 night stay but I don't think we'll be staying there again.

    The room was nice...but there was no cold water. It was off or extremely hot. Made taking a shower nearly impossible. It was unbelievable inconvenient with a small child. We couldn't give him a shower because the water was scalding hot. The bathroom sink had very little cold water pressure but the hot was full force. There is clearly an issue. This was very disappointing after being at the water park and Colonial Williamsburg all day sweat8ng in the heat.
