Ac stopped working in middle of the night. Made for an uncomfortable stay.

This property was clean in the common areas as well as the suite. Did not have breakfast but drank the coffee which was fine and always available when I was looking. Staff was pleasant and greeted when coming and going. Very helpful with recommendations for restaurants.

our room had a terrible odor. very humid and the bedding felt damp. shower was good. cocktails were strong. sinus headaches from the poor air quality in room. breakfast wa cold both days.

Staff was so wonderful

The gentleman that checked us in was absolutely wonderful!!! The beds were not comfortable, you could feel the springs. This property was not like other Embassy’s I have stayed with in the past. The owner should really invest in getting new beds, updating the rooms and the television. The woman making the omelettes was rude, not friendly, very sarcastic and had no social skills at all.

The up front help both day and night were spectacular. Cleaning crew missed is one day.

We were tired from traveling but Romeo was awesome, friendly and helpful for check-in. Very comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is the place to stay.. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is amazing

Convenient location. Seeing someone else’s hair in the sink and their urine on the toilet seat shows the room wasn’t cleaned…and the living space so dark I couldn’t even read in the room. The pole lamp was broken with exposed broken wiring at the light fixture. I unplugged it and reported it. Also put a decent shower head in the showers. You have to run the shower twice as long to rinse soap.

It worked well for a family of 6 to see colonial Williamsburg and Busch gardens.

Rooms were clean staff was great breakfast was okay. Hotel definitely need a major upgrade

Exceptional

Odd smell in room. Kind of musty like they can't get the moisture out of the air. Mattress is horrible. Pillows are even worse. Breakfast is great though! And the evening reception is nice as well. Pool was nothing special but it was there at least so I guess that means something. If it was $50 cheaper per night, I'd give it a higher rating.

Lots of options for breakfast, better than competitors! The lady working in the dining room was a pleasant ray of sunshine!

Recommend stay for couples and families alike. The free breakfast was phenomenal with fresj real food options. The only packaged food items were the milk (to include almond milk) and yogurt 😋
