Holiday Inn Express & Suites Williamsburg by IHG

Long day so I was looking forward to a restful night. I always inspect my room as soon as I enter, then I proceed to spray and wipe things down. I look behind the bathroom trash can…trash! Went to the front desk, rep was amazing! He changed the room, walked to inspect it as well…an ant was on the floor. He said this was unacceptable, changed the room again. Get to the last room and thought this would be okay. After getting things settled, sheets were stained. Will never stay at this property again..

Location POOL was NOT Operating ! Closed ! Very disappointing.

Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Decent breakfast. Plastic cutlery. Plastic cups in bathroom. Use of the word "spa" at the pool implies amenities that did not exist, like a jacuzzi or availability of massage.

good They had a be quiet notice in elevator due to noise complaints, and the noise was coming from all of the room door closers out of adjustment or need to be replaced on the rooms. I notified the front desk and they blew it off because I told them it was not just our door it was the whole hallway.... don't expect to get sleep here!!!!

This property’s location was central to a lot of shops and activities. The key cards were slow to respond when trying to access our room.

Location was great. Lots of merchants and very close to Colonial Williamsburg destination Ample parking Nice friendly staff Breakfast was chaotic. If you arrived at the start no problems but if you arrived in the middle they often ran out and had to prepare on the spot which meant a long wait time or had no refills.

Great hotel, clean comfy, quiet well maintained. Cant beat it in the area.

Room was clean, location was perfect.

Everything about the hotel is just so beautiful I love it.

The suite was clean and spacious. The staff was very attentive. Breakfast was great and provided lots of food choices. Temperature control in our suite was comfortable

The room didnt smell clean. I found a couple of ants in the bed.

Check in staff was fantastic when we arrived..no complaints. Pancake machine wasn't working during breakfast but not a huge deal.
