Holiday Inn Express & Suites Williamsburg by IHG

Parking lot is horrible. Had to request my golf charge be refunded. Breakfast was okay

It was a pleasant stay. The staff were able to assist with challenges. They found my child's missing headphones. The staff was kind enough to call.

The staff we dealt with were nice. The room was very clean. We were disappointed there was limited seating for breakfast, but we noticed an extra room was opened later.

The only thing is, the water didn’t get very cool in the sink or shower. And the lobby was pretty hot during breakfast and check out.

Floors were not clean and room smelled bad.

Was there for a bowling tournament.. they were very helpful and polite... Will most definitely stay again

They do need to do some maintenance on doors, especially our bathroom door and a few of the exit doors.

Just place to stay very close to restaurants Busch Gardens and water country USA attractions

Had a great experience at the Holiday Inn express on Richmond Road. Was in town for the 250th year celebration.

Everything was excellent. The only complaint I have is that the tub was very slippery and I slipped and fell and hurt my shin the first time I showered. Other than that, all was well.

We loved the property and its proximity. One thing that we didn’t like was housekeeping. We never saw our housekeeper the whole weekend and had to call the front desk to get some fresh towels. We would stay here again if we come back to Williamsburg.

The bathroom could've been better cleaned and I had to ask that someone come and replace the linen.

Very nice and centrally located hotel. They were very helpful with my wedding rooms..highly recommended
