Hilton Garden Inn Williamsburg

We had a wonderful stay. The room was nice, but what really made the stay so nice was the staff. Rasheem, the manager, was friendly and professional. Michelle at the front desk was cheerful, pleasant, just a delight. And then there was Delphine, one of the wait staff. We were met with hugs every morning, and when she was talking to us, she was totally focused on us. It was the same with everyone she served. We can't say enough good things about our stay. Having a laundry facility was perfect. Location was convenient. We would definitely stay again.

I didn’t like having to pay for breakfast.

Sink was clogged. Bathroom smelled horrible even when no one used it. Floor was coming up in bathroom.

Excellent place with great staff and nice amenities. The breakfast was also very well done. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very convenient to Newport and Williamsburg and nearby restaurants

Every person on that property gives exceptional customer service .You are greeted from the time you walk in the door to the tine you leave .Every person is extremely helpful if you have a question.We will not anywhere else when we visit Williamsburg,VA.We are Hilton reward members ! It is the best! 😊

Staff is great, friendly and professional. Breakfast was awesome.

The only minor issue was lighting in the room I had was quite poor. There weren't a lot of options for lighting to really see well.... sounds minor... but at night I had some office work to do, and was a bit frustrating. Otherwise fine stay, would return.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is great. The only thing we did not like is the toddler toilet it was so low and when you are older that is not working, try getting off a toddler toilet wow.

Very friendly staff and super comfortable bed! The parking was a little weird, but there was plenty.

Very annoying lady at breakfast who insists on tips even if she does not provide no service for you. She always starts being too polite but when understands there will be no tips she becomes extremely arrogant. Well, saying hello shall not cost money, no?

Clean and comfortable room especially after a long day at the local attractions. The staff was extremely welcoming and made our stay that much better - a true testament to southern hospitality. Their breakfast was probably one of the best I’ve had at a hotel.

The only things that I thought were not perfect or the walls that did not really have soundproofing and the air conditioner, which was very noisy.
