Great place

Good hotel in a convenient location

Staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. 2 Adults 2 children traveling for some family fun and enough space for all in a 2 bedroom with couch and trundle bed. Also appreciated the convenience of having a refrigerator/freezer and microwave in the room. Hotel was in a nice location close to plenty of restaurants, mini golf, outlets, Busch Gardens and Water Country.

Breakfast was decent and the amenities were a plus. They offered free ice cream in the evenings which was a nice touch. My room floor was dirty. It looked as if house keeping didn’t move anything, just vacuum around and my room door wouldn’t close or lock properly. Two staff looked at it and didn’t fix, just showed us how to rig it. Kind of disturbing and we felt unsafe.

CLEAN!!! I was so happy to find this hotel after the recent stays that we’ve had on this vacation. We had 5 traveling (2 adults and 3 teens) so finding a suite big enough was difficult to find. Finding one that was clean was even worse. This hotel smelled clean from the get go. Our room was spotless and extremely roomy. Even the pull out couch/trundle was clean and comfortable. This is going to be our stop every year on our way to the beach.

My family had a wonderful time. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious with many choices of foods, for breakfast. The climate control in our room was comfortable

Everything was great except the toilet was to low

The pull out couch is actually a trundle bed.

My only complaints are the room lighting being a little too dim (no overheads; I was on the first floor so I didn't want to open the curtains) and the shower curtain being short, so water ended up spraying on the floor more often than not.

Location Poor upkeep

We had a fantastic stay at the Springfield suites. Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, the pool was great for the kids after a long day at Busch gardens, and the breakfast was included and it was fantastic. Everything was hot and fresh, the staff at breakfast was very attentive and helpful if we needed anything. Something different every morning and the kids were able to get a big breakfast in before we headed out. Every evening there was free ice cream in the lobby which the kids loved. We were within walking distance of some restaurants and stores. Would recommend 100%!

location, breakfast, cleanliness of rooms, and staff very friendly and approachable! Quiet!! Felt safe. Not that I didn't like, but attention to detail: ex the ironing board was broken didn't close, the iron leaked water, the room was supposed to be services but the sheets didn't seem changed and clean towels were left but not properly organized and they left the dirty towels on the floor. like they started the room and never came back to finish.

Clean room, friendly staff. Coffee all day long. Pool an hot tub, breakfast included.
