Great hotel
-
Room was amazing. Lots of space. Felt like 3 different rooms! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Internet didn’t work the entire time we were there neither did the streaming on the tv. Beds were super hard.

Grest
-
Needs staff to police the area unruly kids jumping in whirlpool like a pool with parents present & not disciplining there children.

We love williamsburg and this is in a great location. Will be one we keep on our list to stay at again

The breakfast was not good. Most of the food especially eggs were cold. The hotel is in a good location; close to several attractions and restaurants

Great

Lobby had a strange odor probably from the indoor swimming pool on the first floor. Room was spacious but the bathroom set up was not good. The shower and toilet were in a space that looked like a prison bathroom painted a horrible color with not enough hooks for wet towels or bathrobes. The sink was outside the toilet room but had no door so you could not turn on the light to use it until everyone was out of bed. The light shined right into the eyes of anyone in bed. The breakfast area was out of several items that were not being replenished and the area was dirty because no one was cleaning up after messy users.

This place would be stellar if it were more sanitary! Spots on the sheet, stains in the tub, old trash in the bins, you have to request fresh towels every single day. No room service.
-
The pool was not operational. The whole hotel lost water for half a day, and the front desk staff was rude and not helpful during that process. Will never stay here ever again.

Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was exceptionally helpful. We experienced a smoke evacuation in the hotel and the staff made sure all residents were out of the hotel and safe. Breakfasts were delicious, plentiful with lots of food choices. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and value for the $$$. I was surprised at the extensive breakfast buffet in the morning.

Very convenient and comfortable property!

When we arrived the staff was having trouble making key cards. The room was large but not very clean; fingerprints and remnants of the former guests, including moldy food in the refrigerator and crumbs on the counter tops and furniture. The bed spread smelled a bit funky (guessing it does not get changed between guests). The room only had hand towels, not bath towels. The front desk offered to send up towels but never did. We finally just went down to get them and were told there was 'no one available' to bring them up and she 'forgot our room number' anyway. I could not find the hair dryer. When I called about getting one, they said they would bring it up; they apparently had someone to bring that up but not towels because one is maintenance a the other housekeeping and maintenance can't bring up towels (for real?!). There were 2 bus loads of unsupervised children (elementary, middle school age) that acted like unsupervised kids after quiet hours. Finally, the toilets are extremely small and low to the floor, like elf toilets. The plumbing is old and small and kept clogging. Overall an awesome visit, but not in a good way.

Staff nice and friendly There was not enough tissues in the box, ran out almost immediately. Tub floor showed where strips had been taken up, not very attractive at all.

Good for a short stay. Property is showing its age. Rooms have a dated look. Breakfast area is pretty good. Location is good.

Customer Service

I love Marriott properties The girl behind the front desk that checked us out was rude and not nice at all. Everyone else was nice as could be, and if I had time I would have asked to speak to the manager.

Great staff, very clean and amazing breakfast!
