Club Wyndham Governor’s Green

Nice property. I would definitely stay at again. Roomy accommodations. Felt safe on the property. Even if you did not book through a promotion requiring you to sit through a sales presentation, they still ask to see if your are interested. I had to tell the salesperson “no” multiple times; which was annoying. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Everything was great! Check-in went smoothly, condo was clean, staff was wonderful, amenities were an awesome addition to our mid-June stay!

Great place to stay with a larger group! We had 2 bedrooms for our 6 and plenty of space. Hotel texted a few times checking in. We would stay again!

Did not appreciate the sales pitch upon arrival after a 6 hour drive, LOL,

We booked for governor's green but was moved without notification to kingsgate (a sister location) about 5 minutes away. Governor's green staff did not give adequate directions to the second location. We had four families at governor's green so we were separated from our party. The payment info did not correctly go from governor's green to kingsgate, but kingsgate staff waived fees to make up for it. I would go back, but I did not like being moved without being told ahead of time.

I had the 3 bedroom condo and there were three adults staying. Everything just as advertised, except the WiFi was a hit or miss. Even with that I would highly recommend this property and I plan to book another stay this year.

The rooms were clean, and the layout of the resort is really nice. The front desk staff and concierge have excellent customer service skills. We ran into a situation at the resort that left my family with no water pressure which became an inconvenience for approximately 12 hours. Overall, I would recommend.

Love that the rooms are so clean and well maintained.

The property itself was great. We received discounted tickets and a vacation package upon arrival but, we had to schedule a 90 min. sales pitch. The gentleman in the front told us that we received our tickets and vacation package before the session so we didn’t have to stay. So we did just that. We got our tickets and vacation package and left. Well, they called us and told us that if we didn’t return, they were going to cancel our tickets. We told them exactly what the gentleman told us the day before but, they didn’t care. They asked if we were going to return and we said no. They cancelled our tickets and vacation package. Unless you plan on sitting through the sales pitch, just tell them you are there to relax. Maybe then, they won’t hassle you.

My unit has a strong chlorine smell But other than that , it was a nice stay with a great location

Wonderful facility nice people the only reason I didn't give it a perfect review is because the high pressure levels pitched by a timeshare is over the top if you can just simply tell them not interested and I want my room key it would be so much more pleasant
