Nice clean property with help staff.

My husband & I stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was good. We like each day breakfast was different. Enjoyed our peaceful stay.

Great hot and cold breakfast with waffles excellent for kids. Rooms very nice shower was great at least in my room the pool was nice ,aways from the parks but food and shopping starts right across from the hotel.

Breakfast was the best thing.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and incredibly clean, right down to the fresh-smelling rooms. Our room had double queen beds and a pull-out queen sofa bed—all of which were super comfortable to sleep on. They also provide great-quality shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety, including waffles, eggs, sausage, fruits, and juices. I will definitely recommend this place.

Breakfast was very nice- lots of choices- everything fresh.

Bed was very, very hard!! That would probably be enough to keep me from booking again. Did not sleep well. Poor water pressure (shower).

I don't know what it was but when you walk in the place had such a wonderful aroma! Each time we entered it just had a clean smell!

Me and my boyfriend went to stay for a short vacation to WaterCountryUSA. We arrived after 12pm because we were coming from a completely different part of Virginia, knowing that I called ahead of time to make sure that was fine and to make sure our cards were set. When we arrived Lynn the front desk person gave us a terribly hard time. She was in the back and acted like she didn’t see or hear us in the front, once we finnaly got her attention she gave my boyfriend a hard time. She claimed she didn’t know anything about our late arrival, proceeded to give us his ID card just because it wasn’t an drivers license (even though you don’t need a license to purchase a hotel room) and the payment card, and blamed it on her having a bad night. I get that we all have bad nights but that’s supposed to be left at home. Especially when we did everything right on our end. Breakfast was not great.
