I also loved that they have hot coffee way into the evening!!! I would say book it, with absolutely no doubt!!!

Room was clean, breakfast was good. The furniture was slightly dated and some drawers would not stay shut.

The next morning at the breakfast bar i made a mistake of thinking they were serving real sausage. Not Chicken sausage and powdered eggs and i have never been in a hotel where they had a tip jar where the help would shake the jar when a guest would be close. That night we were treated to kids running back and forth screaming and laughing at the top of there lungs. After calling the front desk twice they finally got them to claim down. We decided to check out early Because of family emergency. Back to the rude person at the front desk. After telling her our reason for leaving early i asked if I would be charged for leaving and her response was OF COARSE I WOULD BE. After walking away she made it a point to say In a very loud and rude way. HAVE A NICE DAY. Someone should check on there employees.

Everything at Hampton inn was wonderful except the beds are not comfortable at all.

We purchased 4 suites for a one night stay for our visit to Busch Gardens. We were looking for a place with an indoor pool for our granddaughters (all under 8) to unwind after our first day at the park. This fit the bill, & the pool was well cared for. Everyone loved their suite style rooms. (Which had a separate living area). Very clean! We rented 4 rooms, & loved all but one of them. One of the suites had an odd mildew/urine odor to it. We tried to get another room but they were sold out. We could never quite figure out where the smell was coming from because it was very clean. We made it through the night by spraying " Poo-pourri" in the bath & around the room. (We did notify management). It really is a clean, well maintained hotel. It was just this one suite that was a little off-putting.

Comfortable beds. Clean room. Continental breakfast is exactly what you expect. Many options to eat very close. Would stay again.

I had an Ah-mazing time! The room was very clean, breakfast was good, and I don't not have one complaint, which is rare. I will definitely be back when I visit Williamsburg again!

The Hampton Inn was good.... clean, nice people and a good breakfast.

Loved that a suite was affordable with 2 dogs. We needed the space and that was worth it. The free breakfast was good and helpful to have. It’s a convenient location from William & Mary. There were grassy areas outside for my dogs. The AC in the room worked great and could be adjusted which was important to me since I have brachy dogs who overheat easily. I would stay again!

Bathroom needed work. As a Hilton Honors member I did not expect a room by the parking lot listening to a bus idle all night and right next to the electrical room and ice maker. Breakfast was good. Staff was good.

Great place to stay. Polite, friendly and efficient staff. Clean room. A minor problem with the shower head was reported to the front desk and was repaired immediately. Impressive.
