Breakfast was the best thing.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and incredibly clean, right down to the fresh-smelling rooms. Our room had double queen beds and a pull-out queen sofa bed—all of which were super comfortable to sleep on. They also provide great-quality shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety, including waffles, eggs, sausage, fruits, and juices. I will definitely recommend this place.

I don't know what it was but when you walk in the place had such a wonderful aroma! Each time we entered it just had a clean smell!

Me and my boyfriend went to stay for a short vacation to WaterCountryUSA. We arrived after 12pm because we were coming from a completely different part of Virginia, knowing that I called ahead of time to make sure that was fine and to make sure our cards were set. When we arrived Lynn the front desk person gave us a terribly hard time. She was in the back and acted like she didn’t see or hear us in the front, once we finnaly got her attention she gave my boyfriend a hard time. She claimed she didn’t know anything about our late arrival, proceeded to give us his ID card just because it wasn’t an drivers license (even though you don’t need a license to purchase a hotel room) and the payment card, and blamed it on her having a bad night. I get that we all have bad nights but that’s supposed to be left at home. Especially when we did everything right on our end. Breakfast was not great.

The pool area was extremely hot.. felt like sauna.. however the water was ice cold.. was hardly able to get in the water

Dog friendly should have different area for those customers. Very annoying to hear dogs bark till all hourd6

Overall, a good stay. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Room did have a mysterious brown stain on the blinds. Besides that, the room was clean.

Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Easy parking. Breakfast was typical. Nothing special.
