It appeared to be clean. It was calm a calm and quiet atmosphere. The train did not bother us. Definitely has an air quality issue. You can smell mold and there are huge air purification machines in the building so it’s obvious they know they have a mold issue. It felt a bit hard to breathe in the room due to the smell and gave me a headache. They really shouldn’t be open with such a bad mold problem. I didn’t see the mold, it was clean, but you can’t hide the smell. We were only there for 2 nights otherwise I would have found somewhere else to stay. If it weren’t for the mold smell it would have been a perfect good value stay!

Great location. Breakfast was okay. Beds are comfortable. There is very little parking available. The room had mold growing on the wall (308). The shower floor was peeling. The shower wall had been cracked which caused the shower curtain not to stay closed while showering. The shower wall appeared dirty. The toilet paper fell off the wall as it was stuck on with what appeared to be a command strip. The corner of the room was dirty as shown in the picture. Breakfast only had one thing of eggs and sausage made with the other food warmer not being used. There was also a target hanger in the room, which we did not go to Target before arriving which made me think they did not properly clean?

Breakfast was not ready at 6 am as promised. Room ,411, bathroom door damaged and would not close. Toilet failed to function properly several times. I'm a general contractor and was able to repair it. Cheap two hinge door to bath.

Beds were comfortable Parking was tricky, very little parking in the front and was told to use a lot next door that the business was closed. Train behind property ran every few hours. We were in the front so wasnt too bad. I would think it would be very noisy at the back of the building. Bathrooms were in serious need of improvement, hardly any water coming out of faucet. Broken tiles , mold and slip proof stickers peeling off in the tub. Strong cleaner smell in the building.

We stay there 2-3 times a year and always enjoy our stay.

It’s in a great location and the breakfast is convenient. While the room seemed to be cleaned before our stay, it was very damp and smelled of mold. I have mold allergies and couldn’t breathe at night.

It was near William and Mary There were cockroaches in the rooms and the room smelled really bad

The mattress was pretty comfortable but the sheets and pillow cases were not soft at all. Very rough and uncomfortable. Pillows were very soft and lumpy. The water pressure at the sink was very weak. Shower pressure was fine, but obviously had an environmental/water restriction head on it. Otherwise, everything was good. Very clean and neat. Nice staff.

Convince We checked in Friday afternoon, and that evening when we went to take a shower, we noticed that the bathtub and sink were dirty. I ended up cleaning them myself.Appeared to be blood in the elevator as well . We left Saturday morning and returned around 8:00 PM, expecting to come back to a clean room and fresh towels so we could shower and relax. However, no one had cleaned the room or left any towels. I went downstairs to ask for towels, and I was told, “Your room isn’t on the list to be cleaned.” When I asked what list she was referring to, she said, “Never mind, I’ll go grab you two towels.” Overall, this was very disappointing. For the price of the stay, I expected the room to be clean upon arrival and basic housekeeping and fresh towels to be provided. Unfortunately, that was not our experience
