Hotel room was dirty and items were falling off the walls.

This is the second time that I stay here. I love the hotel because you have everything you need around plus the breakfasts$#we

Very nice property and kid friendly

Staff was great. We couldn't use the pool. The water was green and the jets were not on (?) Other than that, it was a good stay.
-
Our stay was great. Room was nice and the location is really good to get to all the places we visited.
-
Great location, nice roomy and clean room. We just did an overnight stay for a concert so we did t check out the pool but the location and room were great. I’d stay here again.

Clean and simple.

The staff was very nice and helpful!

The entire experience gave the impression that the property may have experienced significant water damage or flooding at some point and never fully recovered. The staff was accommodating in moving us to another room, which I appreciated, but the condition of the hotel made it difficult to enjoy our stay. I hope management addresses the moisture and mold issues, as they are noticeable and impact the overall guest experience.

The room was clean; however, the rug was stained, the curtain blind had stains, the spout in the bathtub had a bad patch job, the paint was chipping from the entry and bathroom doors, the bathroom sink had low water pressure, it took quite a few minutes for the water to get hot coming out of the tub. The ice machine was satisfactory. The pool area was a bit rowdy with a few teenagers doing backflips and front flips into the deep end. The front staff was not very helpful in directing us when we arrived at the hotel. The breakfast was almost unpalatable, in particular, the eggs had a peculiar texture. Parking was in an odd configuration and the curb was very high, there was no ramp to walk up your luggage. There was a railroad track directly behind the hotel and was very loud when trains went through. We were only there for two nights, so I guess it was satisfactory as a place to lay your head, but I would not want to spend any significant amount of time there.

Stayed Saturday & Sunday. Staff Paola was very rude had attitude checking me in. They did not clean my tub left a lot of hair in drainage area. Did not put a roll of toilet paper on holder. Just worse service. Other hotels have never overlooked these things & checked me in in a more pleasant manner.

Great! Highly recommend!
-
Great location close to the park, plenty of amenities around the area and very helpful staff and spacious room.
-
The breakfast area was way to small and crowded for the amount of people using the facility,a five story hotel. If you can stay somewhere else for the money do so
-
Water pressure was very low and usually you have a extra roll of bathroom paper they do not so you have to go to front desk to get it yourself.
-
Room was clean, updates were nice, however there was some noticeable disrepair (i.e. paint peeling on the bathroom ceiling). Breakfast was good and the lobby is nice. Overall it was a good stay for the price.
-
Older basic hotel, but recently renovated. The old tub had just been resurfaced, not replaced and the coating was peeling off. The rest was in nice shape. Nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room. Was very clean, quiet and breakfast was fine - at least average hotel continental breakfast. Nothing fancy but a good, clean, updated hotel for the price.
-
Very dirty . The workers bring their children to work. Are not friendly and only talk in Spanish. Never would stay here again
-
Not sure if bathroom was cleaned, there were hairs all in the bathtub.
-
The breakfast was pretty decent.
