I left my watch and family personal camera I was gonna go back after 30 minutes they said they’re gonna not found it and I’m 100% sure I don’t know so be careful with your stuff. You will never get it back at this place, even if it’s petty.

Great place to entertain the kids. Loved the Activities Center!

Keep in mind, we were only for short period of time for family reunion with ONLY less than 1 day we can spend with each other... We were tricked into signing up for presentation at check-in which takes place on the only day we can overlap & spend time with family coming from NY & SC, our hotel room check-out was also during our presentation... Room is showing its age, from water stain in the kitchen area, dust everywhere (which is not conducive to our allergies), bathroom door not locking, paper thin wall, which I can hear every late night conversation from next door room when trying to sleep after a long day of activities. AMENITIES; We were not able to enjoy amenities due to overcrowding & staff feeling overwhelmed. It was only one person trying to do everything for a ton of people. Definitely under staffed. We have a pool, we know cloudy water when we see one. It was a mess around the pool area with people constantly diving from all directions with no lifeguards around. Also, parking is inadequate, no family wants to stay at a place where they’d have to go round and round hunting for parking spot after a full day at Busch Garden. I would not return, will avoid at all costs.

The staff at the said property is very accommodating. Kingsgate is an excellent resort for family fun.

Didn’t realize they were like old condos.

Upon our arrival one of the bathrooms was used and someone forgot to flush. There were also roaches in the kitchen. Some moving in the light cover which I have video of and walking around the kitchen at night. We have to buy raid to keep are personals from being infested. Was unable to change rooms due to traveling with a special needs child who was already settled in prior to use noticing the pest.

I was pleasantly surprised by how many fun things the property offered to do. You could play free arcade games and pick up a s’mores kit to enjoy. I have never seen Nintendo/Video Game options to play like their setup. Plus, a mini golf course. Our group also participated in trivia night! Finally the adults in our group appreciated the 18+ pool. I didn’t like that the bar offered frozen drinks but no rum as an option. Very limited alcohol selection there.

We checked in the place was dusty and cause me to clean and be congested for the first 24 hours of my stay. Everything seemed okay until it came to check out time they told me since I had a 10 am checkout and a 90+minute meeting so they extended the check out to 11pm so that we didnt have to rush and I could take a nap when the meeting was o er since we have a 13hours drive ahead of us. I thought it was great I felt heard and not rushed even though they forgot to give me the paper with the checkout time just the keys to get to the room and the map with channels. Called in the morning to check because I recieved the email during the meeting. The lady in the office had an attitude called me a liar and was like "excuse me we dont do that here". Then continued to get snippy she was even snippy with the staff from the timeshare meeting. Then I was told my keys would work until 12pm but it was 1145 and my key didnt work. I had to stop by the office and they were clueless. The girl was either hiding and thr manager knew it I feel. Now I have a 13 hour trip ahead of me with no place to stay and no time to make reservation. I was approved to become an owner its a shame I will never come back or possibly even take the offer now. The housekeeper had all her bags in from of the room by 10am just not a good look. I felt disrespected and appalled that this is even a thing. Yall ruined my vacation.

Spacious. Well maintained grounds. Staff always available. Easy to get anywhere around. Tons of amenities. No complaints!
-
Clean comfortable room. Inviting pool and hot tub. Movie theater with different movies each day. The arcade was a hit.

Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed using the outdoor pool.

At check-in you undergo high pressure tactics to go to a time share meeting. Once in your place, you never see another staff member. No one comes to clean your place or even take out the trash. The one person we did see was a housekeeper who tried to enter our room on the last day before we were even checked out. He was pretty grumpy. If it weren’t for the in room washer/dryer so you can clean your own towels, this place would be rated even lower. Plus, it’s a little run down and the lobby area outside our room stunk. I can’t believe people buy time shares to stay here!

Location to activities The dishwasher had mold in it, bath tub drained very slow to the point you were standing in 2” of water taking a shower, very weak Wi-Fi, master bedroom shower floor was weak/spongee felling and floor vent in master bathroom does not fit the hole properly to the point that it bent and went into the hole almost causing me to twist my ankle, unit need remodeled

A very family friendly resort. Clean and well managed.
