Club Wyndham Kingsgate

It was old outdated and my room smelled very musty.

The room and how clean it was No place to park really

Very friendly and helpful staff

Everything was great ! Good location to attractions

Loved the activities at the property

Hotel was nice looking forward to visiting again, but the timeshare tactic really sucks Timeshare tactic

This was a convenient place to stay for the weekend and the room was spacious.

We like all the activities at the facility. What we didn't like was being force to attend a time share meeting. No where in any of our booking were we told about that. It put a damper on the whole stay.

The rooms are always clean and have most of he amenities needed. They are also very quite from street noise and other rooms.

No hot tub and the inside pool was cold.

Exceptional

Checking in took extremely long time which surprised me since I had requested ground floor since I am unable to do stairs. Small bedroom bed sagged. big bedroom bed too high no stool and difficult to climb into bed. Living room freezing, bedrooms hot and people upstairs walked Around all night every night. For the price an Air BNB would be much better because it comes with stocked kitchen. Maintenance was exceptionally personable with excellent customer service skills.

Very good

We enjoyed our time at Kingsgate. The staff was wonderful and accommodating to our request for bottoms floor unit. Rooms were clean and nicely renovated.

I had a quick wonderful birthday getaway. The property is very well maintained; very clean. Every staff member we encountered were very polite and helpful. They found out it was my birthday and delivered a bottle of wine and chocolates to me. It was VERY nice and made my day even more special. There's plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Great location. The only downside is them wanting to sell you a timeshare. I will be returning to the property and bringing my grands for spring break so they can enjoy the pools game room putt putt etc. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. We utilized the hot tub, pool, mini golf and arcade room and had a wonderful experience! The resort is close to dining and attractions. Look forward to visiting again soon.

I did not like the smell the hallway and in the room. They have a old smell.
