Clean comfortable room. Inviting pool and hot tub. Movie theater with different movies each day. The arcade was a hit.

Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed using the outdoor pool.

At check-in you undergo high pressure tactics to go to a time share meeting. Once in your place, you never see another staff member. No one comes to clean your place or even take out the trash. The one person we did see was a housekeeper who tried to enter our room on the last day before we were even checked out. He was pretty grumpy. If it weren’t for the in room washer/dryer so you can clean your own towels, this place would be rated even lower. Plus, it’s a little run down and the lobby area outside our room stunk. I can’t believe people buy time shares to stay here!

Can’t say enough great things about this place! If you’re traveling with kids this is may be the best place in Williamsburg.
-
A very family friendly resort. Clean and well managed.

I told the concierge that I did not want to attend the Wyndham sales presentation. I didn't want the free tickets or anything else. He would not take no for an answer. Expedia needs to warn when properties require high pressure sales presentations.

Did not get the downstairs unit requested in advance It was rectified at check in. Complained about being in a street facing unit, but as it turned our the units are very quite and it was not an issue other than nothing nice to look at from the balcony.. I'm a frequent guest and will continue to be one.

Kids loved the pool, mini golf and games, all included. Felt like a very family friendly resort the kids and teens wouldn't mind staying on property for a few days.

Clean room and outstanding pools and amenities

The room was fine, which was the main reason we booked our stay where we did: comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen with working appliances and utensils/plates, etc. However, it's a timeshare property, which means that you're a second class citizen upon arrival, waiting in a longer line than the owners, who take priority over visiting hotel guests. Right after registering, they try to force you to hear their timeshare pitch, a "welcome meeting," telling you to commit to a presentation (requesting an additional $60 deposit on your credit card against you in case you no-show). So after waiting 15-20 minutes, 'Concierge,' essentially, sales people for the timeshares, ask for the same exact information you just gave to the registration desk since their systems are apparently separate. You're also potentially given incorrect information about local attraction opening times (in order to make their case to listen to the timeshare spiel for 60-90 minutes of your vacation time. Also, every morning of our four night stay we were awoken by 8/8:30 either by lawnmowers, housekeeping, or some other service on the grounds. Also, no housekeeping arrived until our last day, when we were woken up by their loud knocking although check-out indicated we had until 10 am. The mini-golf was cute and well-maintained, but some of the game room games were glitchy and the pool was out of service for some of our stay (during a heat wave)!

I had a good time as always. My room this time was 4 out 10. The bathroom in 1st room was bad. Bubble burnt marks in toilet and shower rack bend up. Staff did give me another room. 2nd room I had to plugged toilet 7 or more times after regular use. I had to clean floor and put towel in refrigerator from water constantly dripping in refrigerator. When open refrigerator water pour on floor. I had to really clean toilet. The left side of back of toilet where toilet fold must had rush under flap the hold back toilet seat. When I sprayed brown watery stuff kept coming out. I kept spraying it until there was no more brown stuff. My son had on white socks and bottom of socks was black from dirty carpet. Usually Room be 10 out 10. This time 4 out 10. Room just didn't feel clean. Club Wyndham I still give 10 out 10 love resort, but the room this time 4 out 10.
