two things that could use some work though: water took a long time to get warm and didn't stay warm all the time television even when watching regular "live TV" often froze and needed to load/buffer

Wonderful

The staff members are exceptional. We needed to leave early because my husband became ill. (He’s in the hospital now) I spoke with the manager(did not get her name) She was so understanding, polite and compassionate. She certainly needs to be praised for all such professionalism. We will certainly recommend your place to our friends.

The first room I was booked into had a truly terrible smell — bad enough to ask for a room change. The staff was very cooperative, but they moved me into a pretty musty smelling room with a broken AC/HVAC and a very loud portable AC/filtration unit. I’ve stayed there multiple times in the past and always had great experiences. But after this, not sure I can bring myself to go back.

We did enjoy the big heated pool that was kept clean even the surrounding area. The staff were also friendly.

I reserved the suite and we ended up getting basically two rooms! The comfort was excellent and even though it was one night (we were moving), it was the perfect way to relax before the chaos coming the next day. The keys weren't working and it seemed as if I was being a bother every time I came down for help. But it got resolved and we went about our evening.

Great location and a comfortable little suite!

Lovely spot that was very close to where I needed to be so could walk. Rooms were clean with a full kitchen. Comfortable beds, nice A/C, great fitness room. It's more of a "motel" so people are walking by your room so curtains can't be opened unless you want everybody to see in.

Available amenities Room had no AC and the portable unit was not able to keep up with 95+ degree temperatures outside.

Staff seemed very annoyed at questions and did not give off a very hospitable vibe. We stayed one night and switched hotels for the second night of our stay in Williamsburg.

The authenticity and location. There is a nice character to it. Cleaning in the hallways and elevators can be improved; a bit unwelcoming elevators. Check-in took 25min.. very slow and only one receptionist. There were staff but chilling on the side and philosophying rather than helping their colleague.

The internet service could be way better. Could barely get any service in unit. Also, there should be more than the number of bedrooms per device allowed.

Some of the rooms had window air units since the main air wasn’t working. The window units were great but pretty loud. Check in was very easy and simple. Unfortunately the playground and mini golf were closed so there wasn’t much for kids to do while there.

Exceptional

The location is great near many things Walking and driving . The room was clean. The lobby was clean. Staff was nice. Only thing was air was messed up but the had portable windows units. Outdoor pool kiddie and jacuzzi but it's nice It was storming in lightning a little the close pool but many times it didn't do nun they didn't open it back up..
