The internet service could be way better. Could barely get any service in unit. Also, there should be more than the number of bedrooms per device allowed.

Some of the rooms had window air units since the main air wasn’t working. The window units were great but pretty loud. Check in was very easy and simple. Unfortunately the playground and mini golf were closed so there wasn’t much for kids to do while there.

The staff are friendly, the location is great.

I had an absolute blast here. The rooms are beautiful and impeccably clean. Staff is excellent and very helpful. We came for a staycation and will be back!

This property was fine. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My issue was with the services or lack of. Maybe I should have known this but I definitely did not read it anywhere. There are no services. No one cleans your room or makes your bed or removes your trash. Sheets and towels are provided upon request and you leave the dirty linens and trash outside your door. Again, maybe I should have known this was a timeshare but I did not and it was not written anywhere but on a sheet that they handed us in at check in. The pool was very nice although I did not use it but many people did and seem to enjoy it. They are making improvements to the outside like mini golf grilling areas and pickleball. I feel this property is good for certain people but not us.

My husband and I came here for a little couples retreat and we absolutely loved it. The room was absolutely spotless, the amenities were great and staff was really friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

Clean property and nice pool

Nice large room with full kitchen. Very clean property.

Centrally located, a lot of things within walking distance, incredible facility, attentive staff. I absolutely love staying here, and I could literally stay here forever. Versus some of the bigger names, this hotel really felt personal. It was more quiet, decorated, and cozy. Truly a wonderful little gem.

Overall the property seemed well kept visually. Our room was clean and exactly as pictured. The reason I'm not leaving a 5-star review has to do with the fact that there were lots of maintenance issues during our stay. Upon arrival, the computers were down making for a much slower check in. The staff was doing their best to accommodate despite the issue. The second day we were there the elevator was out of service, and was still out of service upon our departure the following day. The last day we were there the ice machine was out of service also. If it was just one issue or another, I would have said - things happen but it seemed like a lot of issues that weren't immediately addressed for being the middle of summer and their busy season.

Great location. Easy walk to Colonial Williamsburg

I stayed for one night with my emotional support dog and was charged $150 extra. Why advertise pet friendly. I have never paid that fee for one night. Most places waived any fees esp for a service dog for any disability.

Very clean and newly refurbished.

Staff was great, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always great to stay at. Very quiet and remote from the main resort. The temperature dropped and heat was not working in our room. The front desk staff was able to move us to a different room for our last night which was very appreciated.

Really nice resort. Highly recommend this resort.
