Clean property and nice pool
-
Nice large room with full kitchen. Very clean property.

Centrally located, a lot of things within walking distance, incredible facility, attentive staff. I absolutely love staying here, and I could literally stay here forever. Versus some of the bigger names, this hotel really felt personal. It was more quiet, decorated, and cozy. Truly a wonderful little gem.

Overall the property seemed well kept visually. Our room was clean and exactly as pictured. The reason I'm not leaving a 5-star review has to do with the fact that there were lots of maintenance issues during our stay. Upon arrival, the computers were down making for a much slower check in. The staff was doing their best to accommodate despite the issue. The second day we were there the elevator was out of service, and was still out of service upon our departure the following day. The last day we were there the ice machine was out of service also. If it was just one issue or another, I would have said - things happen but it seemed like a lot of issues that weren't immediately addressed for being the middle of summer and their busy season.

Close to downtown Williamsburg. The room smelled so much like dog that it was difficult to sleep. I called the front desk and they immediately sent someone with some kind of spray. But it didn’t really help. I guess I thought that only certain rooms are kept for visitors with dogs. But turned out all rooms are dog friendly. So just be aware if you can’t tolerate the smell of dogs in your room. But the rest of the room was clean and neat. And the location was great.

Love staying here , perfect location No complaints, always stay here and never had issues .
-
Everything was great! I would’ve liked to be in the other building with better rooms but couldn’t due to consolidating the customers to one building
-
Great location. Easy walk to Colonial Williamsburg
-
I stayed for one night with my emotional support dog and was charged $150 extra. Why advertise pet friendly. I have never paid that fee for one night. Most places waived any fees esp for a service dog for any disability.

Very clean and newly refurbished.

Staff was great, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always great to stay at. Very quiet and remote from the main resort. The temperature dropped and heat was not working in our room. The front desk staff was able to move us to a different room for our last night which was very appreciated.
