Comfort Suites Williamsburg Historic Area

Poor communication from staff prior to me coming from North Carolina for vacation about pet policy they never gave clear instructions are communicating pricing I was totally confused after checking in at hotel in was told 60 dollars a day plus service fee .. better communication would be nice moving forward butt I'll never return to this hotel again until staff is properly trained on guest experience..

My family and I stayed at the comfort suites for 2 night and I only have 2 complaints, the first one being we couldn’t enjoy using the pool because the chlorine was so strong and burning our eyes and the 2nd one being the beds . The mattresses were rock hard and so uncomfortable to sit on never mind sleep on them . Other than those two things the hotel was very clean along with the rooms and the continental breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly.

The stay was wonderful and the breakfast was a hit with the kids. The staff (front desk) went above and beyond to accommodate us and help with their knowledge of the area. The only thing that could have been improved on was the hot tub had way too much chlorine and it made our eyes burn so bad we couldn’t stay to enjoy. Overall, wonderful stay.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and breakfast hit the spot. Worked out great for our little stopover in the area.

Just stayed overnight on our way to the beach. The room was great, kids enjoyed the pool until it closed and breakfast was great! Will stay again.😊

We truly enjoy our stay at this property. The front desk attendant was very welcoming and sweet. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was great. One can see that this hotel is well maintained.

Room was great. Front desk help were rude, grumpy and more interested in their phones than helping customers. Breakfast was kinda gross.

We stayed at 4 hotels on this trip and this was hands down the best hotel we stayed at. The room was spacious! Breakfast was included and they had 3 waffle irons to help alleviate long lines.

I loved the modern decor and the suite we had was nice and roomy. The day staff were wonderful, but the night staff were not friendly and were pushy about setting up a credit card with them.

Room was nice and clean. All the staff that I came in contact with was very friendly. The breakfast was not very good in my opinion.

THE ONLY SUGGESTION I WOULD HAVE IS MAYBE PUT KIDS ON THE 3RD FLOOR IF POSSIBLE AND ADULTS ON THE 4TH. THEY WERE RUNING UP AND DOWN THE HALLWAYS. I KNOW YOU CAN DO ONLY SO MUCH. OVERALL OUR STAY WAS WONDERFUL. WE WILL BE BACK IN SEPTEMBER!!
