Comfort Suites Williamsburg Historic Area

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. Room was clean and spacious. Nice pool and hot tub. They also have a gym. We would definitely stay here again.

It was clean, modern decor and very helpful staff! Easy stay!

There was one thing I thought was odd. We accidentally got a handicapped room and our coffee maker was in the bathroom. I think the hotel needs to find another place. The front desk guy was awesome. He was there almost the whole weekend and he was still so pleasant. I neglected to get his name but 2 days of double shifts.

Hotel was very clean. Convenient location. Helpful staff. Great for family or weekend getaway to Williamsburg. Would go back.

It was modern and clean, with friendly staff It was very crowed and parents were not controlling their kids at night

The breakfast was wonderful. Everyone can find something delicious. Tons of choices! Hash browns, eggs, omelets, sausage. Bedroom was large with pull out couch. Lots of room. TV wasn’t centered between beds so remote would not work from that area of the room. No main switch to turn a light in main part of room.

This hotel was a great choice!

The breakfast was good, but there was an onslaught of kids so the food went quicker than usual. I stay very often at Comfort Suites or Comfort Inns. I am always welcomed and the staff is easy to speak with and knowledgeable of the area. I have more trips bookes already.

On the needing improvement side, the AC was very noisy while it was running. We actually had difficulty watching television while it was running. Also, the televisions in the rooms were not capable of streaming content so we couldn't watch our usual programs through our streaming subscriptions unless we watched them through our laptops, which we didn't want to do. We were forced to watch the cable channels which were offered. Overall, nice but could be improved.

The hotel was well staffed and the office personal where incredible.

The pool and hot tub were great. I saw lots of guests utilizing the business and fitness center. The room accommodated us and everyone was comfortable. Breakfast could have used a bit of variety and signage. Both days there were waffles, a meat, potatoes, and yogurt. They changed the type but I wish there would have been an option for those that vegetarians as well as a turkey or chicken option.

The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was hot. The staff was friendly.

The front desk staff was polite, helpful, and quite knowledgeable.

Overall a good value. The room had stains on the carpet and a good rapper was found under the bed. Otherwise the room was clean, smelled good and good sound dampening as we didn’t even k ow that the hotel was at capacity u til we went down to breakfast in the morning. Very comfortable stay for parents and 4 kids.

The room was very clean. The property was well kept. We had a great stay. The only complaint I have is with the staff on our second night. The room next to us had a couple arguing starting at like 4 am. Arguing very loudly and aggressively, I called the front desk multiple times and no one picked up, I ended up walking to the front desk and the older gentleman that was there wasn’t very helpful. My sister and I could not sleep with all the yelling and didn’t like how it was handled.
