We had a great stay at this hotel! Staff were super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable! My only complaint was our room had an odour to it. Like the carpet got wet smell it think it just needed a good airing out. Otherwise the stay was great

Room sizes are smaller, definitely not the size of other suite hotel rooms. This was disappointing for our family of 4, as the pictures of the rooms were deceiving and walking around each other was narrow and tight. About 22 inches between the bed and wall to walk through the room. Breakfast was also just average. The breakfast staff were good at keeping it stocked and clean. However the size of the breakfast area was small for the amount of guests the hotel holds. Two of the three days of our stay, we decided just to skip breakfast instead of fight the chaos of everyone on top of each other at the single counter. Also, the seating was limited and full most of the time when we went down for breakfast. The staff were nice at the front desk. However we requested our room to be cleaned on the 2nd day because the housekeeper didn't make the beds or give us new towels. After we requested our room to be cleaned, there was no evidence they ever came to clean it the next 2 days at all. I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels and bathmat, and make our own beds and take out the trash. The pool area was nice and clean and our kids enjoyed it. They do seem to keep up with that area, as well as the outside of the property. That being said, the actual hotel room was one of the worst I have been to for many years.

The rooms smelled horribly damp, there were ants on the floor, and the room was not adequately cleaned.

The breakfast provided had plenty of options and well labelled for people with allergy and dietary restrictions. The food was hot and fresh. Across the street was a Memorial park that people could visit and check out the statues. Tim Hortons was there as well. Plenty of ammenitiea within walki g distance. This hotel was definitely one we would stay at again.

I would definitely stay again. The thing that kept me from a five star was that towels were not replaced in our room after cleaning. In the morning, we were on a bit of a tight schedule, and they had run out of continental breakfast and didn't get it refilled before we had to leave. It was very busy that morning.

All around nice experience at this hotel with a decent breakfast and good coffee.

We really enjoyed our family stay at Springhill Suites. The staff was unbelievably helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Continental breakfast was delicious. Walls were a bit thin and could hear neighboring rooms. But overall excellent stay!
