Salvatores Grand Hotel

We only stayed one night but the hotel was very nice, you can tell it’s owned by a family! Staff at check in were wonderful

Great hotel room for our 1 year anniversary. Ate for the first time

I think they used to put bottles of water in the rooms prior… This time we did not get water in the room. I think that should be given to everybody at all hotels! We’ve been to Salvatore‘s quite a few times and will definitely return!

Hotel was very outdated. Room size was great but bedding, carpets, and furnishings were all decades old. Not worth the steep charge.

All hotels in Buffalo area were sold out by the time we made this reservation not knowing the Bills were in town. Driving through Buffalo on way back to Columbus Ohio this hotel seemed intriguing and it was an experience. Felt like we were back at Nona’s house and everyone was very friendly. Nice surprise but not sure we will stay again. Breakfast was better than any continental breakfast we have had with included breakfasts.

Friendly staff, clean room, excellent brunch/breakfast, spacious room, ease of access. We will stay again when traveling to Buffalo, NY.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely nice.

Our room was clean and refreshed daily with plenty of towels. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is dated but still very nice.

Michael at the front desk was exceptional, very kind, personable and informative! Check in was quick and room, although a bit dark was clean and comfortable with many amenities! The restaurant and bar area looked great and inviting, plus open late! Quite as well!

Everything was very good except the bed. Extremely uncomfortable. Very poor night of sleep.

Everything was clean rooms look good and meticulously cleaned. Only had one problem got my bill in the morning and it had 134 hour charge on it for the restaurant which we were not in there at all we were at a wedding that’s why we went there but when I called Office there, he said he would straighten it out and when I walked by to bring my luggage out, he said he straightened it all out and everything OK hope so

Overall a good stay but the hotel is on the older side.

Beautiful and well kept property. We'll worth the stay. Staff was exceptional and always helpful and friendly. We will definitely return and stay here again.

This hotel is dated and very dark inside but extremely clean and comfortable. The staff members definitely go the extra mile for the customers. Service is excellent and the restaurant serves delicious food.
