Salvatores Grand Hotel

Got to meet Russell Salvatore at breakfast. A very kind and generous man!

Gracious is the word - outstanding hospitality and service; exceptionally clean, comfortable and very quiet rooms. Wifi is fast and reliable. The well-outfitted workout room was another plus. Breakfast buffet has a variety of choices. We also enjoyed an exceptional dinner at the adjoining restaurant, "Russell's Steaks, Chops and More." Attentive service is an understatement, and the meal was absolutely gourmet. Above all, we had the privilege of meeting Russell Salvatore, the consummate host. We look forward to our next visit!

The gym definitely needs some help and the AC wasn’t even working inside of it, the staff at the breakfast place were very nice and helpful

Stayed here one night while my brother was in a nearby hospital. It was a. beautiful hotel and the front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was delicious but one of the breakfast staff was incredibly rude to me for cleaning up my tray after breakfast and grabbed the tray from me and told me “next time you will leave you tray on the table”. Unnecessary and no need to be nasty.

Great hotel in Buffalo. A unique experience, not your usual box hotel at all. Staff were great. The owner, Russell Salvatore is always on site and very friendly . He’s a local celebrity and philanthropist. His restaurant, Russell’s Steak and Chophouse is also excellent. Nice breakfast every morning! Rooms are quite large and comfortable. A great place to stay. Easy access to Niagara Falls also. Rent a car so you can see the sights in both New York and Canada.

Room is clean and towels plentiful. Shower is large but sink is in the room which can be a plus or a minus depending how you feel about that. Breakfast is included as is bottled water. Onsite steakhouse is Rat Pack Vegas! Lots of free parking. This is not a cookie cutter chain hotel.

The bed was very comfortable and I had a perfect night's sleep. The room was quiet with a perfect temperature without the usual hvac noise that many other hotel rooms have. The breakfast buffet has a great assortment of pastries, but I would recommend a restaurant breakfast if you are expecting something comparable to the high-end restaurant on the premises. I did not go to the bar or restaurant, but the parking lot was full on Monday and Tuesday nights. I can surmise that it must be a great place to eat.

Stay was very comfortable. Staff very pleasant. Nice spread for breakfast each morning.

This place is ran very well got stuck in traveling with car problems and they were nice enough to help me out much appreciated they run an excellent establishment recommend to everyone beautiful place every time I've ever went there for food or lodging five-star hands down one of the best restaurants in the country

The hotel was in a good location, clean and well presented. Breakfast was very good and staff was cheerful and helpful. Our only complaint was that we did not like the bed pillows.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in. The rooms were spacious, there was so much classic charm with updated and modern restrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfasts was absolutely delicious. We will definitely stay here again!

Only dislike was the breakfast, very nice set up, however food was bland, and tasteless...left with coffee and banana. May stay again, definitely getting breakfast elsewhere
