I had tried to check-in early but the hotel did not have my reservation. I had booked through Expedia, and will probably never use Expedia ever again. I didn't have time to sort out the issue, so got back in my car to drive to my destination. My wife called Expedia, who assured her that I'd have no problem checking in later. They apparently called the hotel to confirm. When I returned around midnight to check in, along with my daughter, the hotel did not have my reservation again. Although I could prove I prepaid for a room, they would not give me my room. I understand the hotel's position, and staff were kind, but I personally had to call Expedia to sort out the issue. After being up for more than 20 hours, I just wanted a bed and shower for myself and daughter. This was not my problem or burden to fix but something the hotel and Expedia needed to fix. I should have been given my room right away, considering this issue had nothing to do with me. I am formalizing my complaints as this should not have happened.

Even Though This Is An Older Hotel.. It Was Quite Adequate The Management Was Very Helpful And Accommodating.. The Price For A Weeks Stay.. Perfect

Parking is convenient outside of your room. A couple of restaurants within walking distance. WiFi is poor. Room was clean and even though the hotel appeared to be full, it was quiet.

First room given was dirty. Next room given was a little better. There are signs stating NO SMOKING, however, there was smoking of cigarettes' and weed daily. TV remote was broking and my wife went to exchange it. The man at the front desk made comments in his native language that made my wife uncomfortable. The remote did not work so I went to exchange it. He was outside with his buddies smoking. I told him this remote did not work either. He made a comment to his buddies in his native language. They laughed. People should not assume others do not understand their language. I will not be going back.

TV worked but one station only (the weather station). Really? No soap in bathroom, only a shampoo container attached to wall. Price was acceptable, but over inflated for what I received. I arrived 4 hours before normal check in time to confirm my reservation. The staff allowed me to check in immediately, which I truly appreciated. I slept and checked out at 3:00 AM. Have no idea if there would have been a breakfast.

Bathroom fan was broken and making the most insane noise when the light is on. The room was old and dirty. No hand soap. Just not a good experience. Thankfully it was just a place to sleep

Room was a good size with fridge and microwave

We had a very bad experience during our stay at Red Roof Inn Buffalo. We had to change our room 3 times. The first room, 218, did not have a functioning air conditioner. The 2nd room, 222, had the smell of smoke in the room and there was a stain on one of the comforters. The 3rd room, 202, had an entrance lock which did not function properly, and left the room unsecured. We finally were able to settle in room 201, although we were locked out for a little when returning from our trip. We had to go to the lobby to ask the staff to unlock it once again. Also in that room the toilet still had smells of urine. These issues cost us a lot of time and having to go back to the front desk three times was a real inconvenience for us. I would like to request a refund amount equaling the cost for staying at one of the rooms.

Very dirty

Nice not bad

Our room was clean. My criteria is clean and well made beds with sheets that stay in place. The staff was helpful and friendly. We let them know of an issue with the TV remote and by the time we got back to our room it was fixed. The building was older and had a few issues but this did not impact our stay.

Fine for a cheap room to lay your head for the night. Bedspread had cigarette burns. Sheets were yellowed and rough. Clintelle were, interesting. Right off highway, plenty of parking. No bugs.

Don't go to this hotel. It's very dirty. There are insects and mold on the walls. In our room, the soap dispenser was detached from the wall. The air conditioning controls were broken. There were holes in the walls and we saw outside at the bottom of to the entrance door of or room. There was a water leak on the ceiling. Furthermore, it mentioned online that there was an electric vehicle charging station. Unfortunately, this isn't true; there are no charging stations on the site.

AC wasn’t the best but it worked to an extent. A little out dated but still was fairly clean
