Very disappointing experience. We checked in but had to cancel our stay within 30 minutes because the room was in very poor condition. It was not clean, not well maintained, and not suitable for a family. We had to book another hotel immediately. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Good location Smells cigars, bathroom with no shampoo or body wash.

Despite reporting the issue, I was not offered a room change or any other solution. At checkout, I was simply told, “Sorry, there’s nothing we could do.” I paid for a non-smoking accommodation and did not receive the service I booked. This experience was unacceptable and significantly impacted my stay. I am requesting a full refund due to the hotel’s failure to provide the room that was reserved and the lack of any meaningful assistance from the staff.

I wish the cards wouldn't deactivate so quickly!

Staff indicated the door might be fixed before we left, it wasn't. Sink leaked each time it was used, leaving a puddle next on the floor. Dead bugs and spiderwebs were in each corner. Lacked enough towels for the stay and hospitality would only show up if we stayed two weeks. The wall mounted A/c would suck in cigarette and marijuana smoke. Room reeked when we arrived. Price was very high compared to the value

Nothing about this place was good

Jothing The Hotel out like smoke I told the people at the office it smelt like smoke. There was no smoke detector. There was it was clean. There was broken items all over the place there what the TV did not properly work there was just so many issues

This property rented out our reserved paid for rooms !! I had to find rooms elsewhere at 2am. This was after I called 2 hours previously to verify my arrival. My suggestion is not to rent rooms at this hotel using the Hotels.com app.

I asked for a 1st floor room they said yes, when I got there they said no. the railings on the stairs were lose and it did not feel safe walking up them. The first 2 nights there the heat was not working and the front desk was not answering when I called, had to call the 1800 number to speak to anyone to help. Housekeeping cane in and they did not close the door all the way when they left so the door was not locked and when I told the front desk he just shrugged his shoulders and went on with his day. There was no customer service what so ever.

I immediately left the hotel property after 10 minutes of being in the room and booked a different hotel. I’ve never once left a review for anything not matter how good or bad but this was on a different level. I get some places are not up to snuff but I didn’t want to take anything out of my car or want anyone there to know what I had because I didn’t want my car or room to get broken into. I’ve been in some shifty and shady areas but this one I couldn’t get behind. I’m in the process of doing a charge back because I never stayed in the hotel at all and Expedia refuses to help and the hotel refuses to push back a refund. Heed my advice and look elsewhere, this is not what I would expect a Red Roof Inn to be. The photos they list on the site are a bait and switch tactic and are complete night and day difference in all the worst ways.

The room is muggy without ventilation, but all others are good
-
Room was dirty restroom sheets and towels were dirty. There was ants everywhere smells like wet dog.

When I checked in I was told that they did not have the room that I paid for. The man told me that I had to get a smaller room and I was going to move to the studio room with kitchen. I also informed that I had called and explained that I was bringing my small dog with me. when I called they told me that it would be perfectly fine and no additional fee for the first pet. The man then told that if I want the room with the kitchen he will have to charge me an additional fee. The room he gave me was dirty, stains of the sheets, door had a broken lock, AC was making noise as if it was broken. I also request two more towels and they were stained. The outside look really bad and filthy. Service in whole was the worse that I ever had.

Location location it's a good location off the beaten path a little bit so you don't have to be inundated with the constant sound of airplanes and traffic the sheets were clean and the towels ample the room was spacious and there was a brand new refrigerator which made it easy to make a quick bite to eat. The room was not clean and the ac filter was filthy. When I arrived there the phone was actually stashed under the bed I had to wipe all the counters down myself the top of the toilet was broken and I cut my finger, the heat went out and I had to borrow a heater from my son and the toilet was not working properly the hand dryer was broken the trash seem to be piled up around the trash cans and the exterior and it was difficult to communicate with the property staff. However given that it was in the middle of the winter some of their more difficult customers perhaps the challenges that remodeling and managing in the winter - it is my hope for a better stay next time.

no breakfast and the coffee that was supposed to ready daily by 5am was never ready by the time I had to leave for work at 5:15am. sheets were not clean
-
The room was disgusting from the beginning hair and urine in the bathroom. I had to ask for supplies and clean myself. Also the bed sheets and blankets were dirty with foot prints and they refused to give me new ones my entire 3 night and 4 day stay. Everything
-
TV didn’t work and deadbolt was broken off (used a chair) As a whole run down and interesting clientele
-
Bring your own cooking supplies if staying in the kitchenette suites. Dirty property though. Top of a toilet and old fake plant in the stairway and garbage everywhere.
-
Dirty surfaces, dirty bathroom, dirty trash can, dirty bed sheets, TV didn’t work, toilet wouldn’t stop making noise, creepy/lurking staff
