Garden Place Hotel

The floor in the entire bathroom was constantly wet because the shower couldn't be turned off and kept dripping. The silicone was old and did not retain water. The water in the shower couldn't be turned off because the handle was broken. The shower head should also be replaced because I felt like I was standing under the rain and not a shower.

Went there for a get away our room didn’t have hot water for 3 days and they did nothing about it when we complained to a manager no refund or anything

At the end of the day, if you just need a room, it's a big and interested place. But don't expect to find "stellar" staff or even get a smile. The people working there - at least the front desk - seemed like they hate their job. LOL. But whatever, they gave me my key and that's all I needed. Plus, free parking. Overall, the place was a 3/5 and did the job, but the staff? Meh.

Ovens were broke so not hot breakfast part of the reason I stayed there, put a request at check in to have a shuttle pick me up for the airport at 9am they wrote it down I asked the front desk lady the next morning if my shuttle is here yet it was 8:55am they had to call the shuttle to confirm pick up didn’t get there till 9:20am another reason why I stayed here. walls are very thin could hear my neighbors full conversations and tv also you can hear the vibration of the neighbors AC unit I had to turn up the TV to drown out noises. The shower head barley put out water seems like they bought the place put some fresh paint and fancy stuff on the walls to make it look nice and comfortable bar was not open when I was there lot of promises they made that were not delivered. Pillows and bed very uncomfortable. All in all I would not recommend to a friend or a foe and I would not stay again at this hotel very dissatisfied

Overall, it was a nice 2 day stay. 2 issues.... The settings for the a/c unit couldn't be used. We had to take what it was set at, and their breakfast wasn't available due to an "oven" problem.

No oven for hot food for the breakfast, and no one knew when it would be fixed.

Breakfast is listed as a hot buffet, but they only serve a few continental items (pastries, cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt). Breakfast hours are listed as extending to 10am but they brought everything in by 9:30. The power went out at least twice while I was there for a 2 night stay and the shower water never got hot. I don’t mind if a hotel is dated as long as it’s kept very clean and the service is great. I would not book here again.

Would stay again in the future, but if we hadnt arrived so late (my own fault) I would have requested a different room. Price was solid, hotel is super pretty.

It was a horrible experience. Most staff are nice and I’ve enjoyed my stays in past. However front desk man was useless as air conditioning went out in evening and room was hit like a Susan. Unbearable to stay in. Then there was a constant puddle near bathroom which started to stink. I had to leave and front desk gut would not walk 190 steps to check room and would not give a refund. Doubtful I’ll go Bach cuz management never called me back to do anything!!!

My biggest issue was with the staff. We had a problem with a lost item, and the reception staff were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. They refused to investigate the issue or put me in contact with a manager or anyone else who could assist us. Their lack of professionalism and customer service was extremely disappointing. Had the staff been more helpful, I likely would not have felt the need to leave a negative review.

Toilet did not flush whatsoever.

There was no hot water for my entire stay, not just from my room and my sons' room, but from the looks of the line at the front desk complaining about the same thing, I would say the entire building had no hot water. After the first first night of no hot water, the front desk assured mediumly working the next day. But unfortunately it was not. At checkout I was assured that both rooms would receive a 30% discounted credit but when I checked my credit card statement online, I know it said they added back almost the entire discount for each room at a separate charge. Of course I will be taking this up with my credit card improper charge. Furthermore, the hotel advertised itself as having a hot hot breakfast in the morning and then had a sign up at the breakfast location saying what the oven was down they would only have a basic breakfast until it was repaired. When I questioned when the breakfast oven will be repaired, I got very different answers from each person I spoke to at the front desk. Some staff seem to think he was always down while others said it had only been down for one day. As far as when it would be repaired, some offer that it would be repaired by the next morning and others had had no idea when someone might replace the oven. It was apparent that management was neglecting both their staff as well as all of their guests. This hotel rates a 0 now

El cuarto limpio , cama cómoda , la única situación fue con el personal de registro que fue rudo y no tienen la disposición de ayudar , había desayuno no eran tantas cosas pero lo que había era rico y fresco

Little fancy, but outdated when i checked in my room there was hair left in the hot tub the jets don’t work as good as they should be the curtain look like they haven’t been changed in years and are room keys was not working like they should it was not even time to checkout n breakfast not the best and couldn’t turn much on tv

Lobby and entrance are pretty cool
