I love the look of the property I didn’t like some of the room was not so clean and there was no tub

Damaged lamp - between the beds looks like it got punched. 4 working tv channels- no garbage can - no soap by sink. No manager on duty so all I got was - Sorry …. I won’t be back

Breakfast was standard fare, e.g., cereal & milk, yogurt, boiled eggs, etc. Fine but nothing to write home about. Front desk staff when I arrived was rude and inattentive. Facility was run down, things in my room were broken, and the entire place had an eerie, empty feel. Decorations and appliances were outdated, i.e. they looked like they were from the 80s or 90s. The security deposit therefore made me nervous because I worried that the ride staff would accuse me of breaking things that were already broken and therefore keep the deposit.

The hotel was probably great back in the day. It’s very old-fashioned. It was fancy, but the desk clerk told us there was no hot water so we opted out and went to a different hotel.

Hotel had no hot water for 7 days. Staff basically told us if we didn’t like it then leave. They also had no towels on one of the days we were there. Stay here a year ago and it was great. This time was terrible. It’s under new management and they really don’t care.

This isn't my first visit here the staff is very excellent to me. The only problem I found with this visit is that they were working on the hot water so I was unable to enjoy the jetted tub like I wanted to, but had no problems outside of that

Didn’t have any hot water in the shower. The fruit for breakfast was going bad, and there wasn’t much for breakfast.

My two nights stay was good, the room was clean . Only the breakfast was bad. The staff was very helpful
