Tru by Hilton Williamsville Buffalo Airport

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel was in a good location with plenty of parking. The breakfast was hot and plenty of options. If we are in this area again we would stay here.

If I had to describe the hotel room in one word, I would just say “basic.” The room had no coffee maker. The floor was basic brown vinyl. It looked okay but it was very, very sticky. The floor mustn’t have been mopped in quite a while. No matter where you walked, you stuck to the floor. I made sure to wear my shoes at all times. . The bedspreads on the beds looked well worn and needed to be replaced. The little store downstairs was part of the reception desk and had a very limited selection. For a hotel under the Hilton name, it was a great disappointment. I would have expected better. I wouldn’t stay there again.

We loved the lobby and staff! This is very fun hotel with games and cubbies that were useful for our stay. The staff is visible, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Large and comfortable. Great stay. We will be back

Great hotel. Modern and clean with nice free breakfast and free airport shuttle. The staff was amazing. I interacted with many of them throughout my stay and each one of them was helpful, professional and polite. Will definitely stay again when I’m in town.

The hotel is very clean. The workers were super friendly and nice. The breakfast was good.. My only complaint is the bedding. What is going on? We did not have a top blanket. There was basically two sheets.. very uncomfortable.

Very clean rooms. Bed pretty soft. Pillows were great. Parking was easy. Pool was very nice. Only complaint people above us were pacing back and forth and stomping till at least 11:30, then up at 4 am, stomping and then heard shower door slam. Other than that, was easy to get to restaurants and where I needed to be the next morning.

Property was super clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the rooms functional with all the man duties you would need. Great location, easy access from the highway with lots of food and shopping choices.

Had a great experience at this hotel. In particular Curtis at check in was friendly and welcoming. I love that it is very pet friendly. Had lots of entertainment options from swimming to pool tables. Would definitely stay again

We say at the tru by Hilton each time we travel to Buffalo. The staff is amazing and welcoming. The facilities are super clean. The pool is warm. We will see you again December for Christmas.

Excellent hotel. Highly recommend

Hotel and property were nice and clean. We would have liked more healthy breakfast options with more fruit. Also, we stayed 3 nights and towels were not restocked and trash was not collected. We understand the every other day policy, but with four people in the room, this area could have used more care.

The hotel cancelled my reservation with any reason and don't back my money. I try anythink. Bad
