Outstanding customer service

Room and all the areas in the hotel were nice and clean

First thing rooms are extremely small, I have traveled alot and I have to say these rooms are the smallest I have ever been in. Also I had book two queen bed as I was traveling with family and I have to say the beds were maybe doubles as I ask the front desk they told me that is the hotel queen. Pool small and pretty dirty differently need a wash gym was okay nothing to really say a couple of tredmill and some free weights nothing special. For the price I won't be back i would differently be going somewhere else.

Hotel was conveniently located around shopping areas also restaurant bed was comfortable and clean

I LOVED our brief stay here - all the stuff I needed and none of the stuff I didn’t. Great staff, clean room and FIVE STAR BREAKFAST.

I thought the room was a bit cold and not cozy, but the shower was good. My fridge was loud and the built-in nightlight was way too bright, which was odd because the room came with great blackout curtains. The pool is nice and heated.

I recently stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved my stay. From staff to cleanliness it’s all worth the price. Few minutes away from great shopping plazas.

8 out of 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is a nice hotel the staff was friendly, the room was clean with plenty of counter space in the bathroom It was in a good location No coffee maker in room (this is the reason for the 8 stars) There is 24 hour coffee in lobby but that means I had to shower, get dressed and go to lobby for my morning coffee and I like to have my coffee while I am getting ready so I didn’t like this inconvenience. No Ice Bucket in room even though they had ice on every floor. Weird to have ice on every floor no ice bucket. We were on the 4th floor and if I went to the Ice machine in the lobby there were plastic ice buckets but there were non by the ice machine on our floor.

I had a one day stay in the hotel. I checked in late Saturday evening. I asked the front lady , Renee to allow me to check out at 1 pm , just one hour after the regular check out time. Without even looking to the computer and the room status for the next day, she refused my request. She was also rude. I will not stay in this hotel in future. I think people should stay away from this property. It is named Try by Hilton. It has nothing from Hilton, just to confuse people by the name Hilton.

Room was clean and staff was knowledgeable and kind. Great place to stay for a one night while on a road trip.

Breakfast was plentiful and hot. Tea was always available which was a plus.
