Fairbridge Inn & Suites Williston Near Airport

Room was dirty, breakfast wasn't great, and staff was rude..overall not a great stay.

TV didn’t work at first, probably remote, that was replaced but a broke TV was left in room, not very professional.

Just mid.

We did not stay here. They did not save the room I booked on the first floor even though I booked it three months in advance. I specifically asked for the first floor because I can not walk far and I can not climb stairs. They have no elevator and they said they would accommodate me but they did not.

The staff were friendly and the room rates were affordable but other than that, it was not pleasant. The carpet in the room was very dirty, multiple stains on bedding, the toilet didn’t flush properly, the free breakfast was out of most of the food, and the hot tub was broken.

They were redoing some of the rooms - so there were large furniture items in the hallway as they moved them out.

My daughter’s bed had a blanket that had dead gnats or something on it. No plugs for the drains in the sink or bathtub. In room refrigerator froze everything. The dresser drawers had not been cleaned out, and there was packaging materials inside, including A instant oatmeal packet A companion in a different room said his chair in bed were covered with dog hair, and there was dog food in his bed. he did sheets had been changed. This was our third year at the hotel. Their breakfast was always outstanding, and they used to have freshly baked cookies every afternoon. It seemed this year like we were an inconvenience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was not ready at check-in . The room was fairly clean however one of the beds had dirty linens. We choose this property for the hot tub and breakfast. The hot tub was not working and there were barely any breakfast items!

They did not have our rooms, said they were fully booked. We had acres confirmed since April. Very poor management. On duty lady was quite rude and not helpful whatsoever.

Staff was good room wasn’t vacuumed. Left awake at night due to gunkie mechanics working on there bike in front of hotel at night.

Two positives: We liked the location and the room was clean. Concerns:The motel was understaffed. When we pulled up several people were smoking near the signs that said no smoking. Also during our stay. several dogs were running unleashed in the building. Front desk staff should monitor these things, but we only saw one staff person during our stay. He was careless in writing out the wrong internet password and thought nothing of it. The building is in decline. We had missing light bulbs and no ice bucket. There was evidence at the breakfast that things were sloppy: no lids for coffee cups, no juice in the dispenser, etc. A dog running freely in there.

Great and arrive on time and message them if you’re running late or need anything

Dirty and totally booked up

Terrible... Had a few guys from the crew work 13 hrs then the room that was booked wasn't cleaned, they didn't give them a different room or refund nothing, didn't get into their room until around 11pm. Unacceptable.

Rate was good. Beds good Very hard for us older folks to navigate the steep stairs.

The staff was so nice.

Our room was so disgusting. It had mold in the shower and dirty everywhere. The carpet had holes in it. The walls had holes in them. Their was trip hazards everywhere. The beds were so terrible that we didn't sleep. I woke up not able to breath because of how dirty the room was. When we went to breakfast they didn't have any food. We asked for some silverware and plates. She was out smoking and came in without washing her hands and slammed some plates on the counter. She also pulled silverware out of the dispenser and basically threw them at us. It was very disrespectful. I called and said we aren't staying for the remainder of the time and they said they would only return the one night and not both nights because I hadn't called 24 hours in advanced. We left and never will come back. If people asked where to stay it would not be here. My dad is on oxygen and having him there for the night was terrible. He had a hard time breathing. I also have asthma and really struggled. This was the worst stay of my life.

The owners were very friendly and very willing to fix any issues. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The only complaint would be the breakfast room wasn't well stocked.
