I specifically reserved this hotel for their pool and hot tub and when I arrived the hot tub was closed for cleaning and staff couldn’t say when it would reopen. Bummed I couldn’t use the hot tub.

We had someone above us that sounded like Sasquatch trying to get his steps in before bedtime. He finally settled down. The pool and hot tub have been under construction or revitalization for a couple of years now. You did tell us that prior. Your location was good for us, but we would have liked to use the pool, though.

Room was sufficient. But the rate change from weekend to week day was inexcusable. I also booked the same hotel from 4/27 to checkout 5/1. That 4 nights were close to $100 more per night than my previous stay.

Pool was cold and spa was down.

Staff was wonderful. Pool was freezing m/ hot th closed. Our room window was blocked by the car port so we couldn’t see out our window. Wish they would have told us about that and the hot tub being closed

Hot tub was not working and the pool heater either. We were looking forward to using both

Great place to stay with many amenities within walking distance.

We tried to cancel / within an hour of making reservation and were not able to. My brother had just passed away and we accidentally made the reservation on the wrong date and could not change it to the next day. I was very stressed when making the reservation. So obviously I did not check in on the 20th.

Hot tub was out of order and we were not notified, bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable.

The pool is dark and very cold. The hot tub is broken . There is alot of hair in the bathtub. The lady is nice

Clean and new. The staff wasn’t welcoming, and we felt like an inconvenience.

The room was very clean and the place was nice. I changed my dates thru Expedia and they confirmed it on the phone with the hotel and sent a confirmation but the hotel staff wouldn't honor it at first. They said they couldn't change the date even though they confirmed it through Expedia and told me i would not be able to change and wpuld not get my money back and this is why they didnt like booking thru 3rd party vendors such as Expedia. I had to make other arrangements for the first night of my stay and the hotel still charged me for it.
