Second room wasn’t the greatest but better then the first was only in the room for 30ish minutes then found out we had to leave won’t give us a refund after saying there was a possibility we could

Breakfast was better than most hotel free breakfasts, offering scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, and waffles. Our room was comfortable, and the man who checked us in was helpful. Our room could have used more electrical outlets and light.

It was nice and clean, quiet

The staff is rude nothing works and they have the audacity to ask for a credit cards for incidentals

This place looks really respectable from the outside. It is not! Police showing up, lots of loud partiers even during the work week. Filthy on the inside. Dried vomit by the elevator…. There when I arrived, still there when I left. Smells like BO and urine. Sticky/greasy/ dirty shower floor. Toenails on the carpet (one poked my foot and that was when I realized… gross) … ripped mattress, cigarette burn on the sheet. Headboard with nasty smudges and random “goo” dried on…. Gag. Obviously running a vacuum cleaner on a visibly dirty carpet was far too much to ask. I stayed in 3 different rooms during my 3 week stay and that’s all I could handle. I’m paying more to go somewhere else. $90 for a room plus a $150 deposit? Weird…

Food was hot, clerk was friendly. Kinda gross. Water jugs may as well have goldfish inside.

The location was super convenient. Plenty of parking. My room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The hallways could have been more clean. The coffee was only decaf in the room. I was on the 2nd floor and somewhere a door would slam that would rattle the walls. The back door wasnt secure.

The reviews about this hotel are wrong. It stinks in the entire hotel. They no longer have a working arcade as advertised. There is No restaurant. Breakfast was a joke. And Noone was there when I arrived to check in. I had to call them and wait 15 mins for the guy to get back to the hotel. This place is a joke. Never stay there.

Booked a room through Expedia. The room they gave me did not match the description of the room we booked. The hotel refused to change it, or allow me to upgrade to a different room (because it was booked through a third party they said). Expedia called them and they just gave the same statement to Expedia. By the time we were done trying to get it resolved the descriptions of the rooms on Expedia had been changed. I had to keep the bad room and there was no remedy. The staff at the hotel could have easily just changed my room and everything would have been fixed - the rates were nearly identical and the hotel was not full and still had rooms available, so it was just a matter of stubbornly not wanting to help.
