I will say the room way very clean with new carpeting. The room was small and they had a huge overstuffed recliner in there. It took up so much room. The air conditioner was incredibly loud. The bathroom mirror lit up to the intensity of a nite light. You could not see in the bathroom.Very bad for older people. The breakfast was sparse. Cherrios, some bagels, cream cheese. Most things were not restocked. The coffee was good. I know the owners are trying to conserve and make a go of it. Would we stay there again? No. But it was the cheapest place in town.

Our room was clean. Dripping facet in tub. Toilet seat not secure, moves around. Ceiling of shower looked like black mold was trying to grow there. Big modern bathroom mirror is stupid, not bright or close enough to be useful. Pool area looks like a warehouse with lots of big boxes stacked around. Pool looked dirty, and had one of its underwater lights sitting on the floor beside the pool, still wired. OSHA nightmare! Hot tub was dirty and stinky. Had my 14 year old grandson with, hoping to enjoy both the pool and hot tub with him. We used neither.

I enjoyed the stay because it was relaxing and it was clean I was disappointed that the hot tub was not in service I partly was looking forward to using that. We did use the pool which was refreshing we actually had it all to ourselves does not happen often. It's a little worn you could tell but still we had fun and was refreshed. Sai (Manager on duty) was amazing, very courteous and hospitable which was refreshing. The suite was just as described so was definitely happy about that, so all in all no complaints and I would return to stay there again just would hope to be able to use the hot tub.

Overall, pretty disappointed and this coming from one who has stayed dozens of times at Americinn hotels over the years. The hot tub didn’t work, the pool looked disgusting, there was crap and boxes stacked all over the place, including blocking a fire exit. I am hoping this is a situation where a new owner is taking over and eventually this place will shone, but I do not plan on staying here again.

I let my kids play in the pool, but the jacuzzi was dirty, and they didn’t provide towels afterward. I had to ask the front desk for some. Breakfast consisted of waffles, eggs, and sausage patties. However, the apple juice and orange juice were run-down water. The only thing that bothered me overnight was the AC making a noise frequently. I only had the fan on, so it was a bit uncomfortable. An upgrade to the AC would be great. The room was in good condition, except for a couple of blinking lights that I had to cover to fall asleep. The pot and candy machines only accepted dollars or quarters. They refused my five dollars and wouldn’t take it. The shower was nice, and they provided a bar of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. They also had a Smart TV, but they provided cable. Overall, I would rate this place three out of five.

Came up to see family for the weekend. Sai was a wonderful host. We will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good. ( more than just bagels) Room was clean, but lighting is dim .( 1 lamp not working.) Pool had equipment all around, didn't look open. Outside was okay, but weeds and over grows shrubbery .

Hot tube didn't work. We weren't able to watch TV. Just very unsatisfied

I called the motel directly and was assured that the pool and hot tub was in perfect working order. When I arrived several days later to check in the pool and the hot tub was out of order. The guy at the desk recognized me as the one who had called. I told him we were going to need to cancel because we wanted the pool and hot tub. He said no problem. I will take care of everything. That was six days ago. My card was charged for a room that was never checked into and I have yet to see a refund. Buyer beware.

The pool and hot tub were not working and we were not told that till we checked in. Our door lock was broken and anytime we wanted to lock the room or get into the room we had to ask the manager for his key. We ordered a double queen room, and there was just one single bed in the room and to rectify this they went and retrieved the worst pullout ever imaginable. Breakfast was also subpar. There was no workout room even though on their website, they said there was.

Blinking light in room that never turned off all night and the shower rod was barely hanging on the wall. The shower head leaked everywhere and cracks in the walls. Pool was shut down.

This is one of the classic sad hotel stories across america rite now. A hotel that with a little bit of work and money invested would be a great place to stay. It looks like it is condemned from the outside. The pool says under construction but it is not "under construction" it is just closed. Broken flashing lights inside and out. Missing ceiling tiles in hallways and commons areas. Horrible pillows and sheets.
-
Neither the hot tub nor the pool were open either one was worked on the entire time I was there. The fitness area was a pass to Anytime Fitness which was no where close to the hotel. Continental breakfast sucked.

The worst hotel experience ever. Do not stay at the location in Willmar Mn. I am not one to ever complain or be extra but from the get go it was horrible. First the manager says the pool is out of order. I paid for a Suite and got a room with 2 queen beds. Told manager i must habe been given the wrong room. He proceeds to tell something is wrong with my Suite and he can give me a separate room with a single been. Fine I was just so exhausted I let it slide.

Breakfast was alright, got locked out of our room and took forever to get back in. Lights and fan in bathroom didn’t work, bed was very uncomfortable.

All good
-
Room was clean and perfect. Wife got mad at me for drinking too much but that was not the hotels fault.
-
It was good

They didn’t clean and make beds first day. Pool wasn’t useable and the pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Was very disappointing to have no place to swim.

The pool is closed. Like frozen and closed
