I stay at this hotel frequently. I am very happy about the cleanliness. I will stay at this hotel again!

Breakfast was great. A good variety. Good coffee. Our room was clean and quiet.

The hotel is expensive - $576 for 2 nights in a king suite.

This hotel had just received shipments of brand new mattresses the week before we stayed there. The mattresses were so wonderful! I slept like a baby. The property was very clean and tidy. In fact, they were painting the interior walls the day we stayed there. I will use this Holiday Inn again and tell you that you would have no worries booking a stay at this holiday Inn. Everything was great!

Breakfast was average, I would have liked to see cheese and salsa to add to the egss. Plain scrambled eggs are just boring. The Hot tub was out of order. Katie at the front desk was phenomenal, she went above and beyond trying to make our stay as convenient as possible.

Staff service excellent. Room was clean and bed comfortable Bathroom needs updating. Lighting in bathroom was awful, very low light. Although clean, Shower looked like something from the 90’s.

The room was actually very nice, clean, and spacious, but it didn't have a coffee maker. My trips are a mix of business and pleasure, so I missed having one. Also, regarding the service upon arrival, they wouldn't let me check in early even though I paid the required fee until they allowed another guest to do so, and then we made a verbal complaint.

For a handicap accessible room there are many things lacking. It was all the way down the hall a long distance to the desk and breakfast. All of the doors from the outside and the door to the room are heavy and impossible for a handicapped person to open while using a mobility device...no button to push to open them. The bath tub has a nice shower chair and hand held shower but there should be a roll in shower. The digital clock in the room was impossible to set correct time. The desk clerk and housekeeping person didn't know how to do it either. There are no instructions on how to operate the TV. There was no paper and pen to write down anything from a phone call etc. The only light in the bathroom is quite dim and difficult to put on makeup with. Outside our room during the night there was a very loud truck revving up its engines several times making sleep frequently interrupted. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
