Best Western Plus Willmar

The staff was very friendly. There was live music at the restaurant. The room was pretty clean. Just a few things here and there like the transition strip from our room to the pool had some weird junk in it that could use some attention. The door to the sliding door was about to fall off- a quick screw driver job would make that work well. The bathtub looked like it used to be coated or something but has peeled off. Just little things that didn't hurt our stay at all, but we noticed. We enjoyed having a pool side room for sure. The pool is very nice- VERY deep, especially for my kids who are too big for the 'kiddie' pool but were too small for the bigger pool. They still had fun regardless. Breakfast was good. Lots of close parking so you don't have to walk far to your room. AC worked great.

Excellent facility

The staff was warm, welcoming and attentive to our needs, and the service was fast. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and staff were prompt with cleaning tables, restocking food and emptying the trash. There are 2 restaurant/bars on-site, which we found very welcome, and convenient. The pool and whirlpool were clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back.

Nice hotel would stay again was there for a wedding amd everything was wondering.

Nicely renovated property. Only downside is the fitness room didn’t have any dumbbell weights. Super clean property and nice staff.

Great, I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean, and very comfortable. I felt very safe there. The breakfast was really good, and the coffee was awesome.

Room was very clean and the day we checked in it was a hot day and the housekeeper had set the ac to a very nice cool 65 so that was very nice and refreshing to walk into.. Ruff’s sports bar that is located on the property is very good as well

There was a nice variety of items on the breakfast menu! The beds were very comfortable! Very clean. Helpful & friendly staff. The only minor thing I would change is the hairdryer.....the blowing power has a lot to be desired if one has longer, thicker hair!

Parking can be tough close at times.

Room was very clean and well set up. Enjoyed having a couch to sit on instead of just a bed. Breakfast was good.

Property was clean and staff were friendly. A bar and grill is connected and a DQ is within walking distance. The pool area is very big with chairs and tables surrounding. My favorite surprise was the sleeper sofa in the King room!

We enjoyed a meal at Ruffs one of the attached dining options. It was very good with the exception of our wings were literally cold. The morning breakfast was hot and offered four different warm options along with cooked oatmeal and waffles We will stay again.

Even under renovations, this was a fantastic stay and I only wish I needed to stay there longer. The water pressure was glorious for a morning shower. Breakfast was great and the staff was super kind and helpful after a weary day of travel. Definitely recommend this place!

The noise from the pool area can be heard from rooms with an inside balcony
