Best Western Los Angeles Worldport Hotel

Good for families

Location isn’t great. The staff was wonderful. They are undergoing renovations, so we were allowed to check in two hours early without a charge if we agreed to stay on the floor with construction.

A little small and hard to get into but very friendly staff and close to ports

Room was outdated and location is next to the freeway which brings lot of noise. Breakfast is just ok. Very limited items. The nicest thing is the hotel is about 10 minutes drive to world cruise ports.

Our room is 418 near elevator. I can’t sleep because I can hear people talking and coming in and out of the elevator. Better sound proofing is needed.

The staff was nice. However the area is not the best. Parking is also VERY tight. We have a Kia Telluride. Because, of the way the parking spots are lined up, we had to squeeze out of the driveway with only inches to spare on each side. That said, the proce was reasonable so you get what you pay for. I wasn't a fan of the breakfast. If you are looking for coffee and toast, it's fine. However, I stopped when I saw them bring out a bag of scrambled eggs to refill the tray. It looked like one of the microwave bag of eggs. Again, you get what you paid for.

ac in the room stopped working all they offered was 10 percent not even Offer to move rooms for a 2 night stay

AC didn’t work in our room and the hotel was being renovated and looked pretty rough

My biggest takeaway from my stay here was that the place is extremely clean! Aside from the clean room, I also enjoyed how there is a lot of parking available. Even during the weekend there was a lot of parking available. Breakfast was a plus, and while there was limited options, it's more than enough to start your day. Morning staff was a little eh, but afternoon and night staff were more than helpful. Only thing that kind of sucked was the showers, there were times when i would shower and the water would just randomly come out less. Other than that if I need to book a stay again, I'd definitely come back!
