Best Western Los Angeles Worldport Hotel

The stay was pleasant.

The hallway carpet is dirty,

Hotel under costruction, one elevator that was very slow. Area around hotel not the greatest. Only fast food nearby, no good places to eat.

Do not stay here unless you want to share your bed with bed bugs. Came home to bites all over our legs and now we are frantically sanitizing everything. Also, the entire hotel from the lobby to the hallways was hot, it was gross. Continental breakfast didnt look appetizing so we skipped it. Location was mid but there was a dennys next door. Would have been an ok stay if it wasn’t for the bed bugs.

The front desk check in was easy. Gerry was very friendly and helpful. Complementary breakfast was very convenient and met basic standard quality. Very noisy location with lots of motorcycle racing in the middle of night along PCH highway. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the hotel for you. Hotel onsite guest parking was limited when we returned to hotel at 10:30pm. was unable to find parking spot and had to park along a random wall with the permission of hotel staff. Its an ok place to stay for one night.

The pool was tiny and dirty. There was a beehive right above the pool as well. Towels for the pool were very small property was in a terrible location as well. And breakfast was not even edible.

Room was good, clean and spacious for our family. The pool was a great size as well as the hot tub being the deepest hot tub ive ever expirenced. We enjoyed the pool for about 2 hours alone. The breakfast was great as well. Many options for everyone to choose from. We chose this hotel because it wasnt super expensive, it was close to our cruise port and parking and breakfast were included in the pricing! Overall very happy with the hotel and workers. The one downfall was that the elevator went down when we were leaving and they only have 1 elevator. So we had to carry our luggage down the stairs and we were on the top floor.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.If you stay on the street side, it's extremely noisy, though. The breakfast was delicious!! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable!!

The room was clean and did not smell. The breakfast was good but the parking can be better.

Wouldn’t let us check in early which is fine we understood the policy, but when it was time to check in at 3 pm they still didn’t have rooms ready and they had a I don’t care kind of attitude. Also website said there wasn’t a deposit fee and had to put a 200 dollar deposit down. Wouldn’t stay there again.

I usually like to stay at best western but the hotel at this location wasn't good enough like the other ones. Breakfast was not good! The room we stayed was not good, too much noise and lots of homeless people outside!

It was clean, and I felt safe - Front desk was very helpful - it was very close to my destination. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again

Missing one free water in the room

Room clean. Carpet not so nice. Damp and humid in room.

I basically needed a clean bed to sleep in and clean bathroom to shower in the morning. Best Western had both.

Clean room. Little noisy. But nice.

The continental breakfast was okay but I strongly suggest they add fruit as a option. I went to the jacuzzi, the jets were definitely blowing strong and I enjoyed working out in there & resting in there, however, it needs to be re-surfaced, its way overdue. Grades: room B+ service: A breakfast: B jacuzzi: C NOTE: I would strongly suggest to the owners or company to paint the exterior, a more contemporary color & design could give the exterior a more upscale appearance. The current exterior paint looks dated.
