Best Western Wilsonville Inn & Suites

Room was clean and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. The hotel was a good value and the location was convenient to everyplace we wanted to visit.

The rooms are plenty big, great breakfast and nice pool. Hot tub was down for maintenance, so couldn't try it.

The breakfast was just okay. The woman working in the breakfast area was very helpful. Personally, I would take the Best Western name off of this property.

The room coffeemaker didn’t work, also the elevator only went to the third floor and we where on the fourth floor.

It was nice, alot of outside noises, when showering bathroom floor would get pretty wet.

One reason for choosing this was the hot tub - really needed it afrer the drive and wedding activities! When we checked in we verified the hot tub was working. Oh yes it's fine. Nope - when we went down to check it out - nope! Nice sign saying it was out of service !!! Nice! Went backt9 desk clerk and see was surprised - then contacted maintenance.- but didn't really pursue it. The next day another desk clerk clerk was there and we asked again - she was unaware that it wasnt working! The difference was she took the issue seriously and pursued the maintenance guy - then gave us update each time we saw her. It never was working our entire stay - feel we should have been compensated in some way. The breakfast was good - clean are - fresh items. Definite felt the hotel management/ownership needs to improve their internal comunications!!

The staff was very nice. The facilities were clean. The cost was under what I expected. The phone in the room was not working it had to be replaced, the maintenance person accomplish that. The clock in the room did not work the maintenance person could not rectify the problem told me to talk to the front desk. The front desk took a note to pass on to the 5 pm front desk person, but I never got a response. I know most people use their cell phones for alarms and so do I, but when I wake up in the middle of the night I like to roll over and see what time it is.

Nice place close to everything

We found it clean, quiet, nice breakfast, very friendly young man on duty when we arrived late in the evening. I would recommend it to my friends.

I did not like the handicap shower. It flooded most of the bathroom. The rest of the room was great

Very convenient location with plenty of restaurants and other services nearby was just what we wanted. Also, the room was very quiet. The bed frame was creaky, although the mattress was comfortable. Everything else was very nice.

Room was spacious. Location great. Breakfast had many great choices. Friendly staff. Pool was really nice. Perfect for grandkids to visit for a swim.
