Quality Inn & Suites Wilsonville

Disappointing

The property is run down and the parking lot was filled with construction workers and trucks. The person who greeted me was pleasant and kind. Our room was clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. But every time a door on our floor closed, ours shook like someone was shaking it. The pool had clumps of floating hair, but the hot tub was perfect after a long day of packing and moving my mom.

Was perfect for what we needed. Room was very spacious!!!!

Clean room I requested to see if there was a elevator as my partner has two prosthetic legs. No one got back to us and he was forced to use the stairs. I’m very disappointed to see how this is how disabled veterans can look forward to being treated or anyone with a major disability like that.

We were traveling with young children and things happen and when I needed help the staff was there, all levels of staff. My experience with this chain has not always been good, this location although not the newest building has great staff. .N/A

Passable

I only stayed in the hotel at night so I did not use many of the amenities. The room was clean and quiet. Light was not the best in the room., but everything was clean and tidy

Location was good, restaurants in easy walking distance It’s in need of a lot of renovation and a big makeover

Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was wonderful. Beds were perfect as was the shower. Parking was plentiful and even though we were close to the freeway it was nice and quiet. The doors were noisy when opened and closed. Also the tap in the sink leaked and was hard to turn on.

Good

We booked extra nights because my husband was working night shift and would have to sleep during the day, we called ahead of time and let them know when he would arrive and they still cancelled his 4 day stay, kept all the money, refused to give him any sort of room and were VERY rude about the whole thing. He is in town regularly and we will never book with them again

The rooms are very clean, we love the pool

The staff were great and very accommodating. Offered games they had to use and very helpful of the area. the breakfast area was quite small and no room to sit down in with the few people that were already in there. The food was slow to come out and had to wait for things. Very easily hear anyone outside your room.

Basic breakfast, some hot items. Breakfast space was sad, bare walls.
