Right off the pull off for the highway, centered nicely by alot of stores

Staff was excellent

This property needs huge updates, no security cameras, people can access into building, room needs updates and smell like vomit!! Staffs are not friendly. We will not come back. Mixed messages with check in times. Online said 4p. And the door in the room said 3p.

The rooms flooring and paint were updated. The plug in in the bathroom did not work on the last morning there the shower water control valve broke and fell off in my hand so I was not able to shower. The faucet in the sink was placed too far back so water went everywhere when you used the bathroom sink.

Bathtub drain needs to be looked at.

The mattress was the worst thing I’ve ever slept on, bedside lights did not work, the hair dryer in the bathroom did not work, the outside door to the hotel did not close so anyone could walk in without a key, the in room mini fridge had to be shoved closed, the tv remote was sticky, and housekeeping replaced our towels and washcloths with (1) towel and nothing else, as well as never brought us any more hand soap besides the one bar opened the first day that they took? This was by far the WORST Quality Inn that I’ve ever stayed at and can’t believe that I paid what I did to stay in such an awful hotel…

The walls were extremely thin between rooms, so we had to hear a couple arguing next door multiple times in the 2 days. The bed was rock hard and uncomfortable, and overall would not rate this inn very high. Would rather spend more for better quality next time.

Parking to be a little more lighter . Complimentary breakfast was not what described. When asked staff about it they just dismissed me and said it it what it is.. was there about 800 am with not so many people Room was clean and comfortable

Danielle so helpful. There was no simple protein for breakfast -- I miss those scrambled eggs. I was told they're only available on weekends. Also, our room faced the parking lot; next time I would ask for a back room.

Place was a little run down and breakfast was horrible

Location One of the reason we chose the hotel was because it had a hot tub but when we got there is was broken. Everything breaks no big deal just wish we would have know before booking, sadly we would have chose to go somewhere else.

Breakfast was so nice. Hot, variety and quality. What more could a person want? Our room had access to the outside for easy access to the parking lot too. Handicap features with wide doors that have sprung hinges to facilitate access to the bathroom were another nice touch.

Clean room, loud tub, the room echoed bad.
