Snoozinn

The room was incredibly small and had a horrible smell…I had to open the window and then go buy some room spray! The bed was comfortable enough, but the constant noise outside kept me from sleeping very well. Also, the cost of the room ended up being more than when I booked it online, plus I was charged extra to get in the room 40 min early even though the room was already clean and ready! I don’t appreciate a motel that wants to nickel and dime you when you’re only there a short time early…but I had nowhere to go and had been in the car for numerous hours and just needed to get in my room to relax! (Struggling with a dislocated knee and torn meniscus so it wasn’t like I could just go wander around a store.)

It was clean, but very old feeling Checkin was rude at first. I got there about 60 min. early and he was going to charge me an early checkin fee. So I waited!!

The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable! Thank you to the wonderful staff at SnoozeInn, I will absolutely be staying here again on my next way through Elko!

The location was great, and it did have laundry on site. You get what you pay for and the price wasn't that bad. Gas station right next door if you want coffee in the morning. A/c in room in thought was broken as it was incredibly hot the first night, but after asking for help it worked great nice and cold every night much better sleep for sure.

Conveniently located to the highway and all amenities. Room was updated and clean…beds were comfy. Staff was helpful.

Rude staff

Location Bathroom wasn’t very clean, housekeeping took the bathroom floor mat randomly (but didn’t make the bed), bed was kind of wonky and it was pretty loud. Refrigerator froze our drink.

Superb

This is an older property. It is clean and the area is safe. But it’s nothing special. Very few electrical outlets. Small room. The bathroom had one partial roll of toilet paper. Honestly, my only complaint was the price. Way too much money for this place. The room was adequate. The staff was helpful.

Very basic rental, no frills- not important to me. Room was clean, air conditioning worked well. Staff was excellent and accommodating! Plenty of shops, restaurants, and fast food nearby. My only complaint is the sink in room #42 did not drain correctly.

We found two adult bed bugs; one on each bed! We promptly checked each other and our belongings while clearing our things out of the room as quickly as we could. This was at 11:00 pm. We checked out and had to quickly book another room at a hotel. The room at SnoozInn was small, outdated, and felt dirty.

Great location, easily accessible, room was very simple, but clean, staff was good. Room was very dated and simple but was clean.

It was clean and had functional air conditioning. There is a fair amount of traffic noise from the freeway. Safe and clean for folks passing through.
