Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Winchester

Staff were friendly/courteous. Lobby and breakfast area were clean. Good choices for breakfast each day. Room was clean but entire hallway smelled like marijuana (very strong odor). After our first night, when room was cleaned, used towels were taken but weren't replaced with clean ones. I asked for more towels following morning on way out and gave my room number (no extra towels were there when I returned). Room was halfway cleaned when I returned-bed was made but sink/tub weren't cleaned. Room was comfortable overall, but again, heavy odor in hallway and when turning on exhaust fan while showering.

The property is in excellent condition. The staff was accommodating. The rooms are nice and the breakfast was better than average. I would definitely stay here again.

The cleanliness and the simplicity of the room were perfect for our needs At the breakfast area, the coffee was extremely weak. It was so much so that I thought when it came out, it was actually tea.

We live close by to the hotel and our air conditioner is not working during this heat wave. This was our second stay because of how friendly the staff is as well as being a clean property. The breakfast has multiple choices. Great hotel especially for the price.

The breakfast was adequate, lots of choices (cereals, oatmeal, egg & sausage or bacon, yogurts, bagels, pastries, pancakes, bananas, oranges, apples, apple juice & orange juice), coffee in the lobby 24 hrs. By the third night, my back was slightly sore. The mattress wasn't bad, but just not the higher quality available at higher end hotels. But for 1 or 2 nights, totally adequate. Remember, you get what you pay for.

The hotel was clean and adequate BUT Right off the highway, so ask for a room as far away from the noisy highway as possible.

The room was comfortable, the water pressure was good in the shower, the air conditioning was good, and the bed was good. I would stay again.

I cannot say anything bad!!! I only wish i could find more reasons to stay here!!! Just go! Best breakfast, nice rooms, good price, near a sheetz! And on the way to many points south!

I stayed for 2 nights and at the end of my stay I noticed some itchy bug bites throughout my body. After getting home, I saw a local provider who determined it was bed bug bites. I called the hotel to let them know and seek some compensation and was denied, which they claimed that I had gotten them from bringing out my luggage at gas stations. I didn't not bring my luggage out of the car until check in at hotel so that assumption can not be correct. The hotel refused to provide any remedy to my complaints and dismissed me. I chose this hotel for the great reviews it had and easy access from the highway, but please me cautious after booking and always check the room before laying on beds or opening personal belongings.

The room, hallways, and bathroom were all exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to the day. One suggestion for improvement would be to consider replacing the coffee machine with one that keeps the coffee warmer during breakfast hours. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

The room was well designed and spacious, as well as comfortable. Loved all of the counter space. Breakfast could have been better.

i worked at a days in doing maintenance so i am very particular about hotels. This hotel was clean and well maintained, front desk staff was amazing. The only downside was the desk chair had scarred up the wall but that doesn't affect the room.

The pool was gross. Smelled mildew like, the water was stagnant and there were piles of dirt at the bottom. Half the outlets in our room did not work, breakfast was subpar. Staff was not helpful at all when I called regarding the room above us . They partied till after 1 and were up again at 6. We barely slept. Literally sounded like we’re running from one side of the room with weights on to the other. The property was well maintained but they had sprayed pesticide treatment on the grass and it said to stay off. No place for my dogs to go to the bathroom. I had to take them into literal bushes and then the neighboring gas stations property. The hotel was very nice overall but a few things kinda ruined why we chose this property. We won’t be staying again.
