Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Winchester

The room was clean but we picked this hotel so we could use the pool which was very dirty. Piles of dirt in every corner and water was quite cool. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Bathroom very tight. Alarm on radio was set and woke us up at 3 AM! We passed on breakfast didn’t look too good.

Well, engineered room layout from electrical connections to lighting and HVAC controls but wished fridge had freezer option.

This hotel is great, the only thing that could be A LOT better is the water pressure from the shower head.

Top notch hotel! We had a great stay. Shelby was awesome and very helpful!

Exceptional

The location was great. It was close to stores and restaurants

The girl who checked us in was exceptional. The room was clean, but very small. The breakfast was average. Overall it was a good stay.

Literally a last minute booking. Arrived at 1130pm. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bfast was available and a good variety. No complaints here.

Although we didn’t get a handicap-accessible room, the staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my mother’s comfort. The housekeeping was exceptional, and the front desk staff was incredibly understanding and patient. Overall, we had a fantastic trip.

Room was very clean.The staff were helpful and pleasant. The rooms are pretty basic but I would definitely stay again! Fair price!

Our room was not what we booked but we love this place!! We decided to stay because this place is awesome!!

All the staff were pleasant, from the front desk to people at the breakfast buffet, to the ladies who clean the rooms. It is nice to stay where the people working are pleasant. Kudos to the staff and management.

Quiet, clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast and a well lit parking lot.

The property was very clean the rooms very nice and the breakfast was nice and hot and included, unlimited bacon, which a lot of hotels I find don’t do that. The lady that took care of the breakfast was on point. They had bagels bread to make toast. They had a pancake machine that spit pancakes out like this was unbelievable delicious.
