Nice, clean hotel.

We had a great stay. Check-out was at noon so we were able to sleep in after a late arrival. The pool was open until 11:00. The room was clean and spacious.

The woman working the front desk was clearly on her own and she was kind and professional even though it was very busy. We are a family of 6 and had a single overnight stay. I really appreciate the couch turning into a trundle rather than a pull-out. We would absolutely come here again.

The hotel was easy to find. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. We enjoyed the free breakfast and parking. Will definitely go to this hotel again.

Rooms were clean and spacious. We were so please, we stayed again on the way back home. NOEL checked us in both times. We used to hotles.com to book it both times. Super easy. Definitely recommend this hotel in Winchester Va.

The location was great and it has a indoor pool that’s a big plus, nice breakfast in the morning. There is a lot of space in the rooms and the AC was working great We ask for pool towels before we all got in because there was not any and was told they would bring them right over and then a hour later when we was ready to get out still no towels so had to call on my cellphone to the hotel and they lady was like oh we don’t have anyone working that department right now so I guess I will have to do it myself. 20 minutes later we got some. Our room had no conditioner we ask and never got any our 2 nights 3 day stay.

Had to remind housekeeping that our room needed to be serviced. She did a good job. Breakfast had a nice variety and the hours were convenient. The bathroom countertop situation is not ideal. No place to store toiletries and other grooming items. Very good fan keeps the mirror unfogged when showering. Very quiet.
