New hotel. Clean room and nice staff. Just off I-81. Lots of restaurants nearby. Historic area.

Easy to find off of I-81. Lots to do in the area. Building and rooms are like new.

Its very nice beautiful and comfy hotel. Staff are very nice. Bed is comfortable. I only gave 4 starts because the shower water pressure is weak. And I can hear the guests above me running and jumping.

This was a great location and the breakfast each morning was an added perk. The staff were always very polite, helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed staying here. The room was spacious and very clean, it also had everything I need to make my stay that much enjoyable. Located in a great location, there was plenty of place to grab food and fill up.

It is a very cute hotel. Clean, modern and welcoming. Places to sit and work in the lobby and apacious room with a desk. Staff were also very nice. I'd love to stay at a TRU again.

Extremely clean and organized hotel. Spacious parking and great complimentary breakfast with coffee/tea available 24/7. Super friendly staff especially manager Marlene who helped us navigate through vehicle issues and allowed for mechanic to fix it after our stay (also he answered phone call on Sunday at 3am on his day off!) We stay in Winchester several times a year while traveling and won’t look at any other hotel stay based on our great experience at Tru by Hilton. Thank you Staff for all you do!

Clean rooms and comfy beds

My companions and I had never stayed at a TRU by Hilton. We were impressed and will look for future opportunities to find more TRU locations.

Everything was wonderful! However the pool was closed for a week for renovations, and that was one of the reasons we booked there. I wish this would have been disclosed in some way ahead of time.

A clean room and a comfy bed, friendly staff, and the right location for me.

The room was very narrow. Only one person could pass tge bed at a time. There was no dressers to out clothes in. They only had hooks that you could hang up clothes. There was no closet in the room and no microwave. The only garbage pail was a small pail that was divided in half without a bag which was for regular garbage and half recycling garbage. There was no chairs to sit in so you had to sit on the bed or the desk chair that was by a board that doubled as a desk. The breakfast was good and the room had quality toiletries. They charged a non refundable charge of $50 for our dog

Everything was great except for the fact the shower was terrible. It felt like it took me an hour just to rinse the sham out of my hair because the water was coming out in a slow trickle. It was so bad I thought I would have to just rinse my head under the sink!

Surprised by the affordable Hilton hotel. Room was nice & quiet. We will look for this brand in our future travels.
