Excellent hotel

The room was perfect for an overnight stay for a weekend getaway. It was a clean place, with a friendly and helpful staff!

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was good with hot and cold choices along with good coffee and juices. We would certainly stay there again!

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Good decor. All in all it was a very nice stay. I would certainly stay here again.

The room was perfect for our 3-day stay. The facility was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not try the buffet this time, choosing to sleep instead. There are plenty of parking spaces. We would definitely consider staying again when in Winston-Salem.

I enjoyed that my room didn’t have rug or carpet . The musty smell was not there which I appreciate it . The only thing I would’ve changed was that I needed to go to the front desk for new towels since housekeeping comes every other day

Great place friendly staff

Taylor or Tayler was on point with everything very informative and accommodating at late check in after a disaster booking on Expedia (Days Inn) in Selma, NC after going to my old Command SGM Haswell’s funeral on 07/07/2026. I left Selma, NC and was headed back home to Lenoir NC. Taylor was exceptionally great at her job and she had a heart and was sympathetic to what I had just went through at the last hotel. I also liked this hotel was smoke free, thank you for that environment on the hotel grounds!!!

Nice property for the price.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful in getting me in a room close to the office, due to my health issues. Noah, and sean really went beyond what other members at other hotels do to make sure customers are comfortable and feel welcome.

I had no idea about this gem!!! Everything about my stay was absolutely amazing. The AGM (Brentney) was the best! I will definitely recommend this gem to my visiting family

I tried to change my booking (prepaid) to extend for an additional day, but it would not let me. So i proceeded to try and book a hotel room for the next day as well and accidentally booked the same day (22nd). I noticed the error and reached out to the site and they said a GM would have to approve any change or refund. So i booked a 3rd day in hopes that they would notice the innocent mistake and refund the 2nd room for the 22nd. THey refused to do so and my flight ended up being canceled so i had 2 rooms for the 22nd that I was not able to use. They refused to refund either of the bookings and the GM was extraordinarily unhelpful or understanding. I will NEVER stay with another Spark hotel as this was a joke.
