The staff were amazing. Treated you like friends and family. The breakfast buffet was so good and the man and woman working at the buffet both mornings that we were there were so friendly and personable. It was also nice to be able to text any needs that we had to the front desk and get a prompt response.

There was dried urine around the bottom edges of the toilet. I travel with plastic gloves and cleaning supplies so I cleaned it up. My room was across from the elevator which can be a noisy area sometimes so I asked if I could get my room switched and was told no. The hotel had very few guests yet no willingness to help. I don’t plan on staying there anymore.

Breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Bad experience not good hotel really expensive for nothing

Exceptional

No business center, no restaurant or bar. Not usual DoubleTree standards!

Major negative is that the TV did not turn on. I didn’t bother to call maintenance. Was tired and didn’t want to wait for someone. But, I would have liked to watch a little TV before going to sleep.

Hotel appears somewhat dated. Dark. Saturday night and bar was closed. AC condensation line was leaking back into the room soaking the carpet directly in front of the unit out to the area at the desk. Shower had constant drip, would not completely turn off. No free breakfast of any find. At least bed was comfy.

Clean rooms helpful staff

When checking in staff reminded me of the breakfast in the morning, however did not mention that it was NOT FREE. Was very shocked when the staff handed me a $15 bill for the continental breakfast.

Confusing access points to parking

Wonderful lady worked the front desk. Gave us cookies upon Check in and made us feel at home

The hotel is just okay—nothing to brag about, and it definitely needs a lot of updates and better upkeep. The electrical outlets in the room were so loose that plugs kept falling right out. Daily housekeeping was frustratingly inconsistent, as we had to ask for basics like towels, toilet paper, and shampoo every single day. We were really looking forward to using the pool, but it was disappointing. There were no umbrellas or shade, the pool itself wasn't very clean, and the outdoor chair cushions were filthy with black mold. On a positive note, the staff members were very nice and helpful throughout our stay, but the hotel management really needs to address the maintenance and cleanliness issues. Including the outside windows of the building.

The room was clean and comfortable. I can say that about the hotel in general. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 5 stars from me.

Superb

It was quiet and clean.

Housekeeping staff were polite and welcoming. The front desk staff never welcomed us and actually pointed to the credit card device vs speaking. We were handed our room key and they continued on with their cell phone. We have travelled to many Double Tree hotels and this one absolutely did not show the kindness and customer service we have always received. Extremely rude and disrespectful to guests.

The staff was very kind.

It was clean and on our route to vacation. The carpet in the room seemed damp.
