Suburban Studios Winston Salem-University Parkway

There was no breakfast and the location was fine except the tent ppl living in the trees next to it and all the dope heads coming over there. The staff was nice You only get one roll of toilet paper a week the manager said we couldn't be outside unless we were smoking, down time was from 8-8 it was like we was in prison.had to switch rooms because the ceiling fell in in the bathroom and I didn't even get a discount they wouldn't give me a room on the first floor and Im handicap it was a lot going on there.they have face recognition, voice, and video but no signs they told us all this they put up 60 something cameras and said it goes straight to the police

Bad

The second room had a quite small refridgerator. Cat hairs on bed sheet. The top of the small chest was not attached, so if you set a light bag on it, if flipped off and hit the floor. Water was leaking up through the bathroom floor -- I kid you not. It's a one star motel (in the sense of basic, with very limited amentiies). Room condition was below average or poor even for a one star. The rate was competitive for a motel near town.

Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The property appeared quite outdated and would benefit from significant renovations and general maintenance. The cleanliness of the hotel and room also did not meet the standard I would expect. There were several areas that appeared as though they could have been cleaned and maintained more thoroughly. The comfort of the room was another issue. The pillows were very uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Small details like comfortable bedding can make a big difference in the overall quality of a hotel stay. I was also disappointed with the level of customer service from the front office staff. When assistance was needed, the staff was not particularly helpful or accommodating, and the experience left me feeling that my concerns were not being taken seriously. Overall, the location was excellent, but the cleanliness, outdated condition of the property, room comfort, and customer service took away from what could have been a much better stay. With improvements to the property and a stronger focus on cleanliness, guest comfort, and customer service, I believe this hotel could provide a much better experience for its guests.
