Great breakfast, clean and comfy room. They charged my credit card even though I booked through a 3rd party. They won't accept or return my calls to get my money back. Now the website says it is permanently closed. Sketchy. Also, the main elevator was broken while there.

Overall a good value. Some remodeling/upgrades would be great. We've had many stays at this location and some things need to be updated.

Location is very convenient and close to Wake Forrest Campus The bathrooms are very small and the tub was in terrible condition…peeling, no handle bars, very tight..you had to move between the sink and the toilet to open and close the door.

The check in process was extremly slw with two people working. The line to check in was out the front doors.

We got there really late Saturday night and came in just to change and leave, so we didn’t notice the condition of the room. The room hadnt even been cleaned at all before we got there. The sheets were dirty and the pillows had dried bloody boogers and snot on them. When we went to the desk at about 2 in the morning they said they needed to “check if they had any clean sheets”, which was a little alarming. I was so tired that I didn’t even think to take pictures before I stripped the bed and remade it. There were crumbs all over the floor and the bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned in at least a couple of stays. The staff was very nice though.

The clerk was nice. The maintenance man is nice. One the website is says that there are coffee makers in each room and microwaves. The first thing we noticed was there was a plastic cover over the smoke detector!!! Hot is a good choice for my husband's. Then to find no microwaves or coffee makers was very disheartening. So I got downstairs to tell her and she said they haven't had those two items in rooms for years.. she said that's on Booking for not updating the information. So with the smoke detector, they say that the previous person put plastic so they didn't have to go outside. We had a house fire a couple of years ago and that's nerve-wracking this. Plus with previous people smoking in the room. We missed out on so many birthday activities for 3 days because I couldn't stop my nose from running and eyes from running. When my tears ran, my skin would burn so it was from weed. It was the worst trip ever. We saw a family very little. Oh yeah, the pea trap under the sink smelled like rotten eggs. I think all of these things need to be fixed asap. We will never stay there again. There wasn't much convenience in the hotel. The chair under the desk was broken and my husband nearly fell out. We've never been this disappointed. They wouldn't let me have a receipt and said it should be from your company. I have been so sick from the allergies that I am finally getting better. Thank you for having this platform for those of us who have issues.

There were visible stains, a loose toilet seat, and unsanitary conditions in the bathroom. The hallways and elevator had a strong odor and appeared poorly maintained.

The breakfast was excellent. The caterer was very helpful and courteous to guests. She was quick to replenish items, as needed. Receptionist who checked me in was not friendly, and an unpleasant demeanor. But I should add that subsequent receptionists seemed better trained, friendly, and courteous. I should have stayed at the Courtyard by Marriot, across the street or the Downtown Fairfield where our other colleagues stayed - the price points weren't different much. Hallway carpet needs a little TLC; bathroom sink in my room drained slow; hotwater faucet spewed cold!

Very clean The location isn’t the best accessible

Everyone here was so friendly! It was a nice property! The only downfall would be the air conditioning unit was not the best. We kept it on 67 and it wouldn’t cool down as much as I’d like and there was an odd stagnant smell.

The staff was not helpful. I called 2 days before I was to arrive and the second time, I got put on hold and then I was hung up on. I talked multiple times to customer relations. I hah 2 different tickets sent to the hotel which Customer Relations said someone from the hotel should get in touch with you, but they never did.

The location was very convenient for a visit to Wale Forest The hotel needs to be renovated. Everything looks run down. The breakfast could have been better.

It was a pretty central location. It was easy to get to everything. There was always enough parking. When we first arrived it was hidden. The price, the pictures online, and the lobby did not match the room. There was no microwave in the room, there was an odor in the halls, the elevator was the small, the bathroom was super tiny. The sink clogged. There were wires and trash in the hall. The doors had to be slammed to shut. There was chipped paint, dents and scratches in the door, and other cosmetic imperfections that I was not expecting based on how much we paid. The tv/remote barely worked. And again overall based on what we paid the hotel did not meet or expectations or even come close. We do not plan so stay at a Best Western ever again after this experience.

Centrally located to Old Winston-Salem. Across from Arena with event night of my stay so no real reduction in rate.

It was within walking distance to our concert. The beds were super comfortable, the staff were very friendly at check-in and check-out, and breakfast was good. Needed some updates to building. Our room safe did not work and there was not a working ice machine on our floor.
