Absolute dive. The room they gave me was on the same floor as what appeared to be section-8 housing recipients. Children running wild the entire day, sometimes at night. This was not on the website. The complete disarray and disfunction of the facility was not on the website. The disgusting carpets everywhere were not portrayed on the website. If I arrived during the day, I would have cancelled my reservation. This place is a dump.

Very nice staff, clean room, comfortable beds. Was under renovations so we couldn't use the pool, but we will be coming back once it's finished.

When we checked in at the hotel, it was extremely bad like the outside of the property look like tornado ran through their. They had broken heaters on the floor of the hotel, when we went into the room the sheets had stains. Front desk denied us getting a new sheet, we booked the room for two days but how bad the condition was we left. Now front desk manager let us know to contact Expedia for our refund for the room. When contacting Expedia they explained to us that the hotel said we cannot get a refund, they didn’t try to work with us at all so I had to dispute the charge through my bank. I will not recommend anyone to book this hotel.

Very very dirty building . Unattended children running all over . People living in cars in parking lot . Old dirty mattresses stacked in lobby . Air conditioning units laying in hallways on floor . Pool was empty just dirty rain water in bottom. Room was covered in black dust . No internet no batteries in remote. No coffee pots in rooms . Open drug usage . Made me wait twenty minutes for manager to finish dinner in back room for my deposit .

Disappointing

Nothing I didn’t like it at all the pictures are fake this isn’t the hotel we thought we were getting.

Staff were kind Half run. Rooms in the middle of repairs. People loitering in the front.

The property was not as it appeared in pictures. The pool was empty and unusable, the interior was dirty and neglected. No breakfast as advertised. We were unable to find another hotel or we would’ve left. Thankfully we only stayed for one night on our way to another destination.

Stay was rude following us,felt like harassment

booked a room two days in advance and they told us they didnt have the room we booked and they downgraded us, the keycard wouldnt work so someone had to let us in, some of the lights in the room didnt work and the lock on the door was broken, we have stayed before but this was the worst experience by far

My room was clean! Smell of dope everywhere. The elevator was scary, the elevator communication failure light kept flashing.

Room was spacious and clean!! Bed was comfy and made for a good night sleep. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The property definitely needs some work. My room was totally adequate. Bed was very comfortable in fact. The lobby had what appeared to be random abandoned furniture in it. The pool looked nice but it was empty of water. The desk clerk was behind glass in a locked room. I do feel like they are trying to fix it up and i wish them the best. It was worth 50$ a night.

We had booked this based on price. Never again! We stayed 20 minutes and checked out. Everything was disgusting and broken down. Random air conditioner units in the hallway holes in the elevator flooring. Bulletproof glass behind the desk, I would prefer to never step foot in there again.

The pool had moldy water in it, they advertise a microwave in the room, the microwave is in the lobby. The whole place is under renovation, and they're not doing a very good job of it. I checked out the same day I checked in, the place is a safety hazard. Kids running all over the place. The door to my room wouldn't lock when I stepped out to retrieve the rest of my things from my car. No breakfast at all. This is also advertised as an amenity. This place gives a new meaning to misrepresentation and false advertising! DO NOT STAY HERE!

I walked in saw the property walked out. This is not a nice hotel unfortunately. Did not feel safe to have myself or family here.

I did not end up staying at this hotel. Upon checking in, it was a visibly unclean and unsafe.
