No breakfast Was hoping for something better /less costly to be called dinner. Had it not rained so badly, I would have found a restaurant ANYWHERE

The staff we’re extremely welcoming.

The property is old and in need of a good makeover. The “bistro and bar” is a misnomer— if you’re expecting a restaurant look elsewhere. The staff were great. No complaints there. But the rooms are old and musty, dark, with a non-functioning deadbolt.

We was over charged and some of us had to sleep in the floor and we was there for my sister in icu fighting for her life and the staff was just not caring didn’t offer the hospital discount knowing we had our tags and had said something to them about the situation. Booking was supposed to be 179 with breakfast we paid over 200$ and still had to order and buy breakfast and some of us slept on the floor

The gentleman at the front desk was excellent. Friendly, professional and great communication skills. Efficient and helpful. Sorry I did not get his name.

The staff was excellent - I travel a fair amount, and the Southern Hospitality was genuine here. Really appreciate these folks!

Location is great. Parking convenient and staff so accommodating

I am not familiar with Winston-Salem, but this location was wonderful, as i could navigate where I needed too. All of the staff, (All) were friendly and helpful. Thank you so very much, I really enjoyed my stay. Will recommend this location to people Thank you again! No comment

The hotel is nice for our needs. Housekeeping was slow. Our first day we left in the morning and returned at 4:30 and the room still wasn’t cleaned. Other than that it met our needs

The staff was pleasant, and it was nice that the staff asked on which floor we preferred to stay . But the facilities looked like they need a refreshing. Most problematically, the air conditioning was quite noisy. It did work well, so that was a relief, but in the other hotel we are staying tonight in Davidson, the a/c is much quieter.

Nice hotel - very convenient to downtown and Wake Forest University. Staff was amazing, restaurant on site was good!

The property location I found was very good; close to downtown and close to the venue we needed to go to, and over-all met our expectations. However, I found the property showing its age and was disappointed that there were no extras, like coffee/tea in the common area or attractive common areas. Instead, it cost me $12 for two cups of coffee (plus tip). This property would really benefit from offering a free breakfast as the rooms and hotel seem to be aging and lack other amenities like a pool or decent gathering areas aren't there. Bathroom area seemed outdated and shower floor was like stepping on ice when it was wet, it seemed very slippery. Also, no microwave and very small refrigerator with no ice area.
