The Wife They didn't charge me a deposit through first night I booked Bur when I booked the 2nd night they charged me a deposit that I didn't have so I didn't get to stay in the room so I was charged for a night I didn't stay.

I really didn't like anything about it at all What I didn't like about the room is that it had a whole bunch of roaches in the room it was infections and it had so many roaches that my boyfriend stood in chair for hours and rap about the roaches normally when you see a roach in the hotel is normally about 1 or 2 but at this hotel they had family and then we had our door open a little bit and the housekeeping lady didn't even knock on the door she just bust open the door and then when we got inside of the room the lady that works up front in the office she came busting in the door too and my boyfriend had his pants down that was the worst experience I ever had I don't recommend anyone going there I will never go back there ever again because it was just so rude how the lady up front from the office just bust in the door with my boyfriend's pants down to bring a ashtray really and then it was just so rude how the housekeeping lady didn't even knock on the door either asking are we leaving and it was only 10:15 it was not even 11:00 yet

Price The motel had roaches...toilet seat was broke...stains sheets...dirty floors...bug shells on bed...hair in the heater/air conditioner

It was bedbugs and the sheets were not changed because it was blood on the covers The bedbugs and the room wasn't cleaned they just put the cover back over the bed

Quietness and a lot of eating places too The rooms aren't clean as they should be. And it's not enough hygiene items in the rooms

The bed was comfortable The smell was bad. Probably from smoking. Was supposed to have a queen bed, got 2 doubles instead. Was very noisy when trying to sleep and that was after going to bed at 12am

I liked the price of the hotel, the AC, and clean facilities. The location isn't great, the rooms are not welcoming, beds were stiff, no heavy blankets.

I can’t really tell you anything my friend and I liked about the property except convenience to restaurants. We went and bought: broom, dust pan, Mr. Clean, dusting products, scrubbing brush, wash rags, garbage bags to clean the room because it was so nasty when we arrived. I throughly cleaned the room; even though we were told the room would be ready for us when we arrived. When I booked the room through Booking, the pictures presented were nice. The price reasonable. I presented my AAA card and asked for a discount. We were in town for a wedding and needed to be here for the length of time we stayed. The price was not bad after I insisted on my discount. We had to practically beg for towels. They gave us towels a couple of times w no wash rags. After I told him we could go to another hotel, he handed me a stack of towels and rags. He came to our door 3 times knocking trying to make me come to the desk immediately to pay him after I told him we were staying 2 extra nights. I said if you don’t trust us to pay after we have stayed 3 nights and payed you , we will be happy to leave and find somewhere else to stay. It was very unpleasant but we stayed. I will never stay at another Travelers Inn again. We had no place to hang our clothes except on the back of the bathroom door. I have never been treated like trash before at a hotel. THAT IS THE HONEST TRUTH. I FEEL LIKE MY 337.27 was the worst spent money I have ever spent....plus the money I spent on cleaning supplies to make it decent to stay in. I thought going through Booking.com was a safe was to choose a hotel. What a mistake that was. See all the statements above.
