Stayed for 3 nights, hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Great location close to everything you'd want to see and do but not close enough to be stuck in traffic. They had a breafast buffet with eggs, hasbrowns, waffles, pancakes, donuts, muffins, cereal, juices, and coffee. Only downside we saw was the shower in the handicapped accessible room was pretty small and water got out of the shower curtain easily. Would definitely go back.

The staff working there was wonderful, the hotel was nice our room was nice also, we had no problems or issues with anything especially since we brought our dog. The hotel felt a tiny bit outdated but we still had a good time.

First thing I noticed was how great the staff was. Greeted with friendliness and smiles. They were helpful and thanked us for staying. We were even greeted for breakfast! Our room was very clean and neat. Nothing seemed dirty or out of place. Happy to stay again.

Booked a balcony room which was nice and fairly private. Breakfast gets crowded, but the food was good.

Window shades were see through so parking lot light shined in my face all night. Room was clean but had a heavy cleaning product odor. Towels were very thin and worn. Morning breakfast was good.

It was clean, the AC worked, the hot water worked and the kids loved the pool. Checking was a little slow but when I went to get towels it was quick and easy. The free breakfast was nice the lady spent hours cleaning and cleaning.

We had a leaking tolit. Someone show up t 11:00pm when we were sleeping saying they had complaints of smoking which was not true. A man walked right in went to balcony with flashlight said sorry walked out also happened to one other person. Hotel does not know who the person was. I would never stay there again. Dayshift lady was great, everyone else. Not

Coffee was not restocked the second day. No hot water in the shower. Hot tub was hot. The pool was cool.

Stopped in for a quick overnight. Would be fun place for kids - little arcade. Comfy bed but streetlights too bright - better curtains needed! Nice staff and decent breakfast.

I love this location and that they offer free waterpark passes with 2+ night stay! They have decent breakfast and a lovely view. The indoor pool is great for after the parks shut down or on a cold and rainy day. The hot tub is nice! The fact that for the Noah's Ark passes they only give you 3 no matter how many people are in your group. It's a nice amenity but it isn't mentioned online that there would only be 3 given.
