Room was diiiiiiirty. The hotel was very "well-used" : breakfast was pretty bare bones, smelly hallways, skimpy bath amenities, questionable carpet in the room, a bit of mildew in the shower, such a small amount of light in the room it was hard to see - well, you get the picture. To top it off, there was confusion about the reservation dates, and hotels.com would not rectify it. I don't recommend.

It was a very nice location. Very well maintained. The room was really nice. The only downside was having to request for housekeeping but not a big issue.

Overall, a wonderful stay. The room was clean. Though we found a few signs of wear and tear, it was nothing that affected our stay. The hot tub was relaxing and the balcony view went a long way in helping us relax. The breakfast included with our stay was especially nice since they serve different offering every day. I do wish there was an early check-in policy. Hopping hotels or partaking in attractions is alot more troublesome when you have nowhere to go with your valuables until 4pm.

I like the homey feel. The rooms were very clean. Had everything you needed. Hot tub, pool, vending machines. Perfect for families! Only complaint....breakfast was amazing but hot food wasn't warm.

This was a surprise stop following trip to Chicago. Booked and crossed fingers. I was beyond impressed. Very clean. Bed-absolutely amazing. Delicious complimentary breakfast buffet. My favorite surprise, they value their adult guest and allow them to swim and enjoy thr hot tub long into the night. Love it!

Breakfast was great. Pool and game rooms were a nice bonus, although we wished the pool was bigger. Customer service was great. Very damp throughout the hotel. There appeared to be a dehumidifier in the hall that worked well for a small section, but there need to be more. Or dehumidifiers in the rooms. Our items hung to dry near the bathroom stayed thoroughly wet the air was so humid, even with the fan running, and items we left on the carpeted floor near the window got wet - not even sure how that is possible unless the AC was leaking along the floor....

Our stay at Americinn was very good. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a place to stay in the Dells.
