When we checked in we found a full syringe in the nightstand drawer. Although it appeared to possibly be insulin in a diabetic needle; we have to assume the worst as a parent. We were distraught but didn’t even receive a new room or offer for a free night.

The desk staff was excellent; very helpful with finding places. The indoor pool was great. The room was very nice and bed was comfortable.

Comfortable bed, shower didn’t drain standing water accumulated quickly, game room was closed, very basic cable. Large indoor pool and nice outdoor pool. Parking was a little tight but still manageable. We were charged one price but got a receipt for another so I’ll be inquiring about that to the hotel and hotels.com. Room was clean. Weeds in the large planters. Landscaping could have been better. Wasn’t bad though. Walking distance to downtown Wisconsin Dells shops but not close enough to be real loud at night. Good location.

This hotel was great, better than many chain hotels. Clean, well maintained, and the indoor swimming pool is HUGE.

Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was no breakfast options but we knew that ahead of time so we brought our own. In a good location really big pool. We didn’t use, but it looked nice.

I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were well maintained. Temperature was comfortable. Parking was readily available. The pool and amenities were as described also.

Staff was nice It is a motel, not hotel. Doors to different floors didn’t even lock or need a key to get in.

We stayed 3 nights. Never saw a housekeeper at all for our room. Extremely small swimming pool and depth was 3 feet deep. Stopped at front desk twice without any employee being around, no bell to let them know we needed assistance. Tried calling but same thing.
