Everything was fine, I have nothing to complain about

Room was decent and clean

I have stayed their for 4 nights out of it they did room service only one time & for that I needs to request for it 4-5 times, same breakfast everyday, very bad experience.

The room was clean, the beds were super comfy. The 3 bed was perfect for our family of 6. Parking was easy. The hotel indoor and outdoor pools were a hot with the kiddos. Coming back from water park and the the outdoor pool fun could continue!!! Rained out plans amd the indoor pool saved the day! Staff was helpful after we checked out and i had to go find glasses and an ear bud that was left behind! Breakfast was chaos but the staff was professional and helpful durong 4th of July. Can't say enough about how great this stay was!!!

Breakfast sucked and very unorganized. This was a last minute trip planned on a holiday weekend so weren’t a lot of options for hotels. we didn’t spend much time at the hotel but still when you’re spending $600 bucks for 2 nights the least you expect is a clean room. Won’t stay again, do not recommend.

Very clean property

The property was clean the staff was so helpful. I had asked about a place to eat and the young lady at the front desk was knowledgeable about what was around.

The staff were very nice, the building was not so great.

The price was decent on booking.com not in person The hallways are filled with the smell of moisture, there is mold caulked up in the showers, there was mold in the freezer portion of the fridge in my room. I had to call front desk 3 times about a noise complaint that lasted an hour long.

Every other time we walked into the hotel it smelled like weed.

Didn’t got my room wasted 1 hour and half of my day

After checking in, got to my room and there was no toilet paper at all. Had to go down to the front desk to some. Door leading out to the outdoor pool was broken so access to the building would be pretty simple from there.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The inside and outside pool was great! Close to all the attractions. Overall clean and well maintained. The room could have been a little cleaner but not terrible. Just food residue left on the table. Other than that it was a great place!

They friendly and helpful

Overall, this was a great place to stay. Rooms were quiet and the breakfast was nice. Enjoyed that they had outdoor and indoor pools and a hot tub and sauna. Only downside is that some of the staff had difficulty understanding English
