room front desk wasnt cooperative in understanding my situation i extended my stay and when i was forced to go offsite to extend the cleaning staff began cleaning my room against my instructions not too. when i returned to my room from offsite my refrigerator had been cleaned and emptied and personal pillow removed from room. after contacting front desk the best they could offer me was 1 free pass to water park which was nice but did not cover my losses from refrigerator or pillow

How everything was included. I didn't like how we were in building "10" which was a little of a distance away. We didn't get to choose what building we wanted to purchase.
-
Attractions, variety of things to do Had to wait almost 2 hours just to get in a room after I had made reservations prior in advance for about a month and a half. Nobody had a clue as to what was going on and I had two elderly people with me. We drove 14 hours just to come here and then had to wait 2 1/2 more hours after 4 o’clock just to get in the room no refund or partial refund was offered

The staff was great. The room was large. The location was central to dells attractions. The room had no safe, no closet to hang hangers, and there is no way the beds were queen size. Strong marijuana smell when outside.
-
Wifi didnt reach our room in building 10 but not a huge deal as we were out majority of the time

Free access to the rides and water park are a big plus! A gas station, Subway, and convenience store just a minute's walk away was also nice. Hotel didn't include breakfast or coffee, as I've come to expect from hotels in general. Toilet took multiple flushes for toilet paper, anything more could take 5 or 6. Bed felt broken, subtle stains on the blanket. I suppose that's why this was the cheaper option.

Room booking was a different room then what was shown that we were getting when booked
-
The beds are uncomfortable The floor was nasty ass and they would come up and they said they don't provide that service our feet were black It was noisy all through the night with the walkie talkies up loud people running and stomping and screaming all through the night

So back up to the desk I went, only to wait an hour for someone to talk to me. I explained the situation, only for them to tell me they could put me in another room in the same building. I requested the hotel, thinking it would be safer. They informed me it would be an upcharge.. even though it was midnight and no one else was coming for that room! I was so done with the situation, I said fine. Asked if they did military discounts, which they don't... very patriotic. Then, by 12:30AM, we finally got to the hotel. No carts available, no security, no attendant...tons of loud, obnoxious teens cussing, smoking, hanging out outside, inside, running up and down the hallway screaming, hiding behind vending machines.... we got ran into by one kid. Then got into the room... it was the same vibe, I'm glad I paid the upgrade. Dirty, broken bulbs, water leaks, exposed electrical wires, tiles hanging off the ceiling, crumbs in the "clean" beds, hair on the "clean" towels. The next day, I tried to find somewhere else to go, but wanted to confirm that I wasn't paying for another night.

I do like it has a theme park along with the water park. How far away the park was away from our room. And that if it's cold or raining out there's literally nothing to do because the indoor part would be packed!! So for that type of money it should have something for indoor i would think.

Being able to enter the room with the wristband was nice. There was no bath towel/mat, no tissues, no dresser for belongings, nowhere to hang wet towels and suits and no actual blanket. There was no pool on site. You HAD to get in the car to drive to the Waterpark that had freezing cold water. We booked Mt.Olympus assuming we'd be close enough to walk to the Waterpark with the kids. There was obviously no swimming after 6/7pm when the Waterpark closed. An indoor pool available later was kind of expected as well.
-
It’s close by the park If I was definitely need more elevators and more cleaning in the hallway
-
Room was clean and cozy The rooms could offer bigger TVs and thicker blankets. Shower drain was very clogged.

Property was clean and the outdoor waterpark was very nice. We booked this trip 6 months in advance with the expectation that the indoor and outdoor facilities would all be open. However, the indoor waterpark was not open which this area was a large reason why we booked this resort. My daughter sunburns very easily and we were expecting to use the indoor space. It was never told to us that it wasn’t open until we literally arrived and it was closed. Very disappointed that this information was not relayed sooner as we may have chosen to stay elsewhere.

And I really wasn't anything that I liked the room was dirty I had to be moved the next room that I was in the door lock broke The staff moved kind of slow when you ask them for more towels and covers and to clean the room that was already dirty when I got there
-
The location of the rooms was awful. The smell inside the hotel was terrible. The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable.
-
It is a good value for both parks. The facilities lacked wifi even though it advertised having wifi. I called customer service but it was never fixed.
-
There were complications with my reservation but they sorted it out and it was great. The water was freezing. They do not heat their water outside at all.
-
Nothing Over price wouldn't clean the room.

She. They upgraded my room from an motel to the suite The first room was dirty kids playing on people doors and staff u friendly for the amount of money spent
