The room. The water park closing early

My kids loved the water park. We didnt realize that the hotel would be in driving distance from the water park. The front desk guy was nice. Where do I begin… the bed was the most uncomfortable thing ever if you were sitting on the bed you could feel the springs. The door to get into the hotel didn’t work 90% of the time so people propped it open with a towel. We ordered a pack and play and it came disgusting and broken, I tried to call for a new one but I was on hold for too long. We moved the main bed to the left a little and underneath was DISGUSTING we all were so grossed out that we wore our shoes in the room the entire time.

The bathroom was one of the nicest we have seen in a motel in a while. It was remodeled recently. Very clean and nice. The room was good and the rate we payed was very reasonable. It also included the water park attractions! We were only going to stay for the night but we decided spend the day for a little fun. Yes, we had a great time! We were there most of the day. It was our 10th wedding anniversary weekend and this was a great end to it! The employees in the park were very friendly. We will be going back and suggest for others to maybe consider this as an option. Thank you to all for a great time!!! We had to call to find out where the room was located. We found the correct building OK but, the room number was no where to be found from the parking lot. They told us the room was in the back side of the building, which to get to it there was a door to enter through and go through a hallway. It would be beneficial to give a map with the room numbers locations since there is nothing on the outside of the building showing where the back side rooms are located.

The kids had a lot of fun with the water park and theme park. It's been a month and half and they still can't stop talking about it. We were hoping for adjacent rooms but were not.we got 4 rooms, only 2 were together and the other 2 were several rooms away

Free waterpark passes in amusement park passes. I was the only good thing I could say about this property. I paid for an early check-in, which I did not get to use. We were there in time but finding that place where you check in which is a completely different building on the other end of town, rather ridiculous, that took a lot of time to find. Then the room that they had us in, was not so easy to find that building either. Once we found it, it was like an abandoned building. Nobody else was staying there, and it should not have been opened for business whatsoever. The lower level was one big open room and it’s where they did all the laundry for all Mount Olympus hotels. There’s garbage outside of the door to get into the building which looked like a door to nowhere. Then there is this big staircase going up, which was filthy dirty. Never went any further and didn’t even bother looking at the room. I’m pretty sure it’s kind of the rooms that they have the staff stay in from other countries. It smelled disgusting and it was filthy . Went back to the other end of town to speak to somebody about that room. They refuse to give us our money back. But they did find us another room in a different building. At least there were other people staying at this building and it wasn’t abandoned. There is no staff nobody on site in any of these buildings to speak to if you have an issue or anything you have to go way back across town, which is useless, cause they do nothing for you. The sink in the room was backed up. You could not even brush your teeth without it filling up and it took hours for it to drain. The beds Need to be taken out back and burned. So miserably, uncomfortable and completely worn out. These are the old style beds with springs and you could feel every single one of them. The bed is so worn out it’s slopes. But I will say that there whoever cleans the rooms do a very good job. The rooms are clean. The sheets are clean. The towels are clean also but very rough and worn out they need to be replaced as well.

The best part of our stay was the lazy river. The water temperature was way more comfortable than the other pools Most indoor pools water was incredibly cold and you couldnt be in there too long. There was lines to enter everything from bathrooms to the pools. The room was not as private due to the fact that you could here the noises from the room next to you and it looked like a cheap motel instead of a nicer place to sleep.
