Rooms look very run down and dirty. Old very old. Customer service is horrible. You book at a shopping center looking place long lines check in is at 5 pools close at 7 don’t make sense to stay if we have nothing to do but arcade

The waterpark and theme park is incredible. We had so much fun. Of course everything closes kinda early. The rooms were not exactly clean and the bathroom fan basically didn't work. We had to get new sheets because they were dirty.

It is reasonably priced for the season. Check in location is hard to find and directions are confusing at best. Not having even a single check in kiosk at their main hotel Rome doesn't make any sense. Hard to communicate with some of the staff and not help full at all. An onsite coffee shop at the hotel Rome doesn't even post hours of operation. It is a reminder to the old saying that no such thing as a free lunch. All this things were a lot better last time we stayed.

They have so many hotels it's insane! We were in building 25! They don't give one a choice of what building you're in so you don't know how far you are from the water parks and amusement parks. I thought we would be in the main building across from the parks. Nope.. way down the street. Then the beds are awful, hotels are old and smell. Disappointed and won't go back. Stay at a nicer hotel that will give you a free ticket
