I wish the outdoor play areas could stay open a little longer, as some of the stations seem to close too early. I understand that keeping them open longer may involve additional costs, but perhaps a small additional fee could be considered for extended hours. I think many visitors would be willing to pay a little extra for the opportunity to enjoy the outdoor activities for a longer time. It could make the experience even more enjoyable for families and guests.

The rooms are very worn and unkept. The cleaning is not even remotely kept up with properly. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the access to theme park with stay but even then the hours could be better for guests. Why are they not allowed earlier access? I attempt to contact management but my call was never returned, regarding cleanliness of the room. There was hair all over the bathroom and sink area. When we opened the door between our shared rooms it was full of cobwebs and dust, and old kids trinkets left behind.

It was very relaxing. They have starbucks out by the tidal wave pool and a great place for gryos.

Overall, I would say my stay at Mount Olympus was just okay. The room I had was clean, and everything in the room worked properly, so I didn’t have any complaints about the actual hotel room. However, my biggest issue was with the staff at the theme park. A lot of the workers seemed annoyed or uninterested in helping guests. Some were on their phones while we were trying to purchase things, and others would barely acknowledge us or would completely ignore us while we were trying to get on the go karts. It honestly felt like we were inconveniencing them just by asking for assistance. I understand that working in a busy theme park can be tiring, but customer service really does make a difference in the overall experience. Unfortunately, the attitude of some of the employees took away from what could have been a much better stay. Overall, the hotel room itself was fine, but I really hope Mount Olympus works with their staff on customer service because the way some employees treated guests can definitely affect how people remember their entire experience. We just wanted to enjoy our vacation and felt like a bother to some of the staff.

Non of the amenity was available to me.... My room wasn't available.... I consumed roach ice... Yes you heard me right... It was a roach in my ice... And only thing offered was a 20 dollar refund

This was just a place to sleep. Disappointed in the accommodations.

I really like the pool area and the hotel room is very fun and clean. but I dint like that at the front desk they give the room key at 4PM and they closed the pool area at 6PM, I also dint like that the check out time is at 10AM. And house keeping staff start knocking the doors at 9AM very early so you wake up very tired.

My kids loved the water park. We didnt realize that the hotel would be in driving distance from the water park. The front desk guy was nice. Where do I begin… the bed was the most uncomfortable thing ever if you were sitting on the bed you could feel the springs. The door to get into the hotel didn’t work 90% of the time so people propped it open with a towel. We ordered a pack and play and it came disgusting and broken, I tried to call for a new one but I was on hold for too long. We moved the main bed to the left a little and underneath was DISGUSTING we all were so grossed out that we wore our shoes in the room the entire time.

Help with people up stars that won’t stay still

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY AT ANY MT. OLYMPUS PROPERTIES - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. (1) They charged me for the room 2 weeks before my arrival. (2) They knowingly put me in room with ZERO FREE WI-FI - only to be told by the rude, hostile Manager "NO YOU CAN'T HAVE THE PASSWORD FOR THE SECURE NETWORK" - I've been on the road for 10 days and I manage 2 businesses while I'm on the road. This was the only motel that FAILED TO PROVIDE THAT BASIC SERVICE. (3) There's a major water intrusion issue with this room (#30313) the bathroom floor is wet from another unit - not this room. (4) at 10:00 at night I was woken by some type of "critter" (squirrel, racoon, etc) trying to come through the bedroom ceiling. (5) This outfit (MT OLYMPUS) is a RACKET. They have 30+ buildings/motels that they have purchased - giving them a virtual monopoly on motel rooms in this town. Do yourself a big favor and stay ANYWHERE ELSE than a Mt Olympus owned/operated property.

Upon check in the folks at the front desk were rude. Trash from previous occupants was left in my room upon entrance stacked in the trash can. The drain was partially clogged in the shower. The bed mattress overall was a 1 rating with zero comfort. The overall cleanliness of the room was very poor like no one cleaned it. The floor was disgusting with previous stains from prior use. I would not recommend this place. Stay somewhere else and pay the extra money…..

Hotel looks outdated and need renovations. It was great that hotel was a short drive to guest parking at Mt. Olympus.

The drain in the bathtub/shower didn’t drain properly and neither did the sink. The alarm clock was broken with a piece just laying on the nightstand. There was no usb ports as most hotels have nowadays. The tv was old and tiny.
