I liked that our building was close to the parks that we could just walk. The passes were included. It was a place to sleep. My family and I were together. Our room smelled like pee. I had requested they do something special for my son, that they agreed to, and that didn't happen. The beds were not good. Never got any new towels.

What my family did like most was the water parks What we didn't like was that there was cockroach in the rooms and there were not very clean and the sheets in the bed were dirty

We asked to join free wifi, but never works! Said someone will come fix it, never. We can’t use free wifi with our stay! No free wifi

DO NOT BOOK! This place is falsely advertised as a resort. Know this is a collection of poorly maintained, filthy motels scattered around Wisconsin Dells, situated within driving distance from the water park. We checked in to a sparsely furnished room, with sticky floors, moist and dirty bedding and smelling of marijuana. The bed didn't have a headboard! The one you see featured on their website is actually part of the mural, painted on the wall!! The mattress was the most uncomfortable. The bathroom was in disrepair and there was no soap, shampoo or shower gel. Outside the building people were congregating smoking pot and openly drinking. Not the scene I wanted my children around. We went back to the check in desk, which btw is located into a different area of town. We were given the run around and the staff was rude and combative. We were offered a different room, which I didn't trust to accept, as there were other people present at the check in desk with same complaints.

You could combine hotel and water park in one price no traffic on the entarance We had damaged conditioner and water everywhere in the room was. I should to clean everything by myself, and the floor was extremely dirty. When ot was fixed, next day we had warm air from it, outside was 82 degrees, inside 87. Inside the Bildung strong smell of marijuana. No coffee, water, drinks. This number cost is 240 per night for 2 adult and 1 (3 years old). Some day we back and the door was open ( thanks God nothing go away). No iron in the room, all staff was extremely wet like in Florida.

The hotel is decent. If you don’t want to be in a random building you have to specifically pick Hotel Rome. The walls are very thin and we could hear every movement of other guests. The room was cleaned but the refrigerator smelled like rotten fish and there were gnats everywhere in the room. The staff was phenomenal and we loved the parks but the hotels absolutely need work. It was fun but I doubt we will stay there again.

All ok, bud some peaple to noisy in late evening. Resort neds more restrictions rules for hotel guests and water attractions users specially Islamic peaple. They’re not wearing swimsuits just using regular daytime wearing in the water. This looks terrible.

Room smelled like smoke and our fridge went out causing our groceries to go bad. Somebody had a concert in their room until 3am. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was slightly run down

Just know you may not be right next to the park.

My room with bunk beds had plumbing problems. We had to change room because the toilet and tub wouldn't drain or flush. Second room also had plumbing problems.

The room where we slept was clean. The shower was good. It was very convenient to have the room key on the Mt. Olympus wristband. The hallway and outside the building were literally awful. In addition to the hallway that hadn't been vacuumed in maybe months ... it was just filthy. Garbage was lying around the whole 2 1/2 days we were there. Outside was the same way around the entry. Full toilet paper rolls (wet) were lying on the ground, wet towels ... and nothing changed the whole time we were there. Also, would like it if, when you made your reservation, you were told which building you were in.

The park. The room.

The food was good I waited un a long line 30 minutes to get my room key/wristband went to the room and the code wouldn't open the door because the staff didn't activate wristband. I had to go back to the main office and stand back in long line. Once settled in we were tikd everything was closed the kids were disappointed and had nothing to do. The rooms were not what I expected

the bathrooms in the main lobby were really dirty and smelly
