Super 8 by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells

We found the pool and hot tub were out of order due to a leak. The pool was the main reason for our stay. The man at the desk cheerfully canceled our reservation and explained the amenities at the other motels in the area. Otherwise, we would have been very happy to stay at the Super 8.

The pool wasn’t working. The hot tub wasn’t working. The room was disgustingly dirty and there was disgusting stuff on the ceiling. And now we didn’t get a refund. I am not happy.

No problems and was able to get good night’s sleep

Didn’t like anything about the property? Pretty much everything I used didn’t work pools down roof or dirty. Continental breakfast was cluttered all the time.

So dessert, the linen on the beds were horrible. They were dirty, they had pubic hairs on them, just nasty. The bathroom, the toilet was broken seat, and that the flooring was cracked. I just overall was not good at all. I should have asked for my money bag cause there was no way I was standing there another night. And i'm, it was right down, right this terrible, just terrible, just terrible

Service, breakfast, clean room comfortable bed. Pool was closed but they gave us discount tickets to Noah's ark to compensate

Room wasnt cleaned. Hair in the tub and yuck in the corner. The attendent was busy on the phone and ignored us til i got upset. The pool wasnt working. I called and asked and they said it was, def was NOT. The breakfast was over cooked and unbearable to eat.

Very poor communication with the staff. Example: Both ice machines were down. One person told me they were down for awhile. The manager said when they are emptied, it takes 2-3 hours to refill. Had we been told THIS, we would have waited and tried again. I was told by the same person that a manager would be in one evening, never showed up. When I questioned about this because I wanted to talk to him, he said he can't be here all the time. So I asked why was I told one would be in? No explanation for that. The manager said that person doesn't expand on her explanations. They don't tell you cleaning of the rooms is every other day. When you leave for the day and come back to no fresh linen, you are told you have to let them know. Unless you read the book, you aren't going to know this. I've never been to a place that didn't make sure you had fresh linen every day so I thought this was going be done. We actually asked the manager if we could have our room cleaned since it hadn't been, and he nodded yes. It never got done. He did apologize for that and said when they call in someone after hours, they may not come in and left it at that. The pool and hot tub were out of order. The vending machine was not cold. I asked if they could put an out of order sign on it but they didn't. I guess ripping off the people staying there was more important. SO much more to say but I don't have the room. They need to check the room before it is booked! Very dissatisfied!!!

The pool and the hot tub were out of order for the 3 days we spent there. The parking lot was ok, and the breakfast was simple but good. The front desk staff ladies were nice and polite and helpful. If you're looking for a cheap place with a decent bed and breakfast and don't expect much this is your spot. However if you have children and want a pool and other extras other hotels and motels offer, I'd skip this place. It has the potential to be nice but it seems as if the owners want to keep it functioning at the bare minimum instead of fixing things like the pool, hot tub, various windows, and side doors which were never locked.

Not having to pay 25$ to check in b/for 3pm

The room was out of date sheets were dirty. Everything had hair on it. Dead flies and spiderwebs everywhere stain couch my door didn’t lock a lot of sketchy people. Someone tried to come in my room. The door to my second room was broke. The refrigerator stand was broke. was supposed to have a 43 inch TV had a 32 inch TV only had one TV in one of the two rooms. pool and hot tub was closed.

Do not, I repeat, do NOT book this property...especially if you have kids. We actually may have paid not to stay here as I will be talking with Expedia about a refund or credit. When we arrived there were two cars in the parking lot. In the Wisconsin Dells. My wife and I had our 11 year old grandson. I knew right away looking at the rundown property and the area it was in we made a mistake booking it. But I told them let's go in and take a look. The first thing I noticed walking in the very small lobby was a sign: "Pool and hot tub closed." Nice. We got the key and walked down a dingy musty smelling hallway to our room. (this is where I wish I had taken pictures). Bathroom could barely fit one person, the wood on the side of the tub was off by about a half inch. Bedding had some stains on both beds. Did not see any bed bugs but I wasn't gonna stay to find out. As we were pulling out I did manage to take a picture of the bent screen hanging off the outside window of the room we would have had. Again, the area looked shady and I did not feel safe staying. I hope Expedia sends someone to check this property out and reconsider being associated with it.

Very gross inside and out

Close to water park and shopping The bathroom was very unsanitary. Bathtub had hair and lots of soap scum. Urine down front of toilet. Filthy in between toilet and tub. Floor very filthy.

Same breakast all week, didn't clean the room had to go down get towels. Had to tell them to take out garbage . The pool and whirlpool was closed.

Didn’t like that pool or hot tub not available for use. People above us noisy and irritating when walking you can hear creaks and movements.

It was a ok stay , but not a first choice for us. It was a last choice just for sleep and get back on the road first thing in the morning. They do offer free breakfast and staff was good and works with you if you are needing anything !
