Great pace to stay. Easy to keep track of the kids. They have plenty of shuttles to help get you around. Supper fun water parks!

We were only there one night and had plans the next day for another water park. The person that met us at the front desk wanted to know our plans for the next day. He said he could save us money on a different park and proceeded to try to get us to sign up for a time share with Wilderness hotel. And said we could start with just a down payment. I thought this was really tacky! I had already told him we had plans and were only there for a night and then he proceeded to write down on a map of the wilderness about all the deals. I just wanted to check in so we could get to dinner. This person was not even a checkin person. Just someone there strictly for their partnership with the wilderness. The hotel itself is older. We were in rooms 111 and 113. Our bathroom door didn't shut properly and made a super loud sound opening it, and the shower needed a super scrub. Breakfast was just ok, the only hot thing they had was waffles you can make, otherwise bagels and muffins and juice. The beds were kinda hard, but the kids slept good. It was a quiet hotel at least. And checkout was super easy. I can't say I'd recommend this hotel, but for one night we made it work with two rooms. We go to the dells every year and this yr wanted to do two parks and find a cheaper hotel, so this was the option. We didn't use the pool and hot tub.

The price was great and affordable and the location of the hotel was perfect for us to site see and get around. The hotel itself was just Okay, nothing super special and not the cleanest or best hotel stay we have had.
-
This was located within walking distance to many restaurants and mini golf etc. however it was quite an older, more run down hotel in need of some renovation. It was ok for a one night stay passing though.

Kind of out dated but the staff was great from the outside it looks kinda scary. The room did smell like moldy damp clothes but I assume they were having a/c issues cause there was a/c units all around and ours smelt really badly. The bed was ok but need new pillows they were completely flat
-
The property on the outside wasn’t well maintained or aesthetically pleasing, but the room itself was very clean, and seemed to be newly renovated
-
I would defiantly stay at different hotel

This was honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in with the biggest cockroach’s I’ve ever seen in my life absolutely disgusting, did nothing to reimburse me after the roaches were sitting next to my 1 year old sons bottle in the hotel room . Proceeded to book the room out before we even left and did not clean the room mind you this was also us checking into a hotel coming out of town and as a housekeeper myself this place was filthy from the bathtub to the croaches to the lobby and the carpets it was horrendous. I don’t recommend anyone staying here and I believe they should be shut down. Staff was zero help at all and did nothing about the situation.

AC did not work. Pool dingy and dark and small. Not real clean.
