You guys! We liberally needed a place to lay our heads and could not believe how nice the room was! 10/10 would stay here again.
-
The curtains in our room were shredded, bathroom fan very loud and really didn't work, hair dryer didn't work, air conditioner extremely loud, breakfast would have been better going to a gas station.
-
Our room had nice updates, comfortable bed. Walls were thin, could hear our neighbors. Pool looked nice, did not use. A distance from downtown activities.

We booked a queen room for two nights for my step-son and girlfriend on a last minute vacation. Upon registration-the facility looked under-maintained with poor facilities. The door to the room didn't fully lock which meant nothing was safe inside the room. I wouldn't use the pool unless it was the only water in Wisconsin Dells. The hallways were narrow and could use new carpet and some cleaning. To think we paid less than $300.00 more for a king size room for 3 nights in a brand new hotel a 1/4 mile away....do NOT recommend staying here unless you like to be around people smoking weed/pot. Will not be staying here ever again.

Staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. Clean, affordable, safe, would stay again for sure!!!

Not as nice as any other days in I have stayed at. The carpet in the room felt like it was soaking wet. The window was broken. I'm sure the motel down the street would have been better

Good for just a one night stay , the rooms are small

Clean and nice pool and hot tub. Room was excellent for the price we paid. Only critique is the breakfast. Very very disappointing variety of items. Only toast, bagels, cereal and waffles. No fruit, yogurt, eggs, anything like that. Other than that great hotel for the price

Close to everything and clean
-
Room had a nice functional AC and big beds. Shower and breakfast could have been better but I got exactly what I paid for. Close enough to downtown to walk nearly everywhere too.
-
The room was clean, but the sheets had stains. No room service the next day also in the pool area we saw a cockroach crawling on the floor.
-
If was a reasonable room and it served our purpose. It wasn't a large room but it was clean and updated from the last time we stayed there overnight. It's very close to everything.

ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN. ROOM SMELLED MUSKY & WAS VERY OUTDATED. DID NOT LYE UNDER THE SHEETS, SLEPT ONTOP OF THEM. MANAGER WAS NO WHERE YBE SEEN. NEVER BEHIND THE FRONT DESK. REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE STATE OF THE ROOM. UABLE TO SLEEP. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE AND WE DEFINITELY WILL NEVER BE STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN!

Overall the stay was okay. We were a family of 8 and booked 2 rooms. Location is great. Amenities were good - microwave in the room. However, the breakfast was below average. The air conditioning unit kept making noise the whole night which made it very difficult to sleep. Sink was slightly choked. We complained about both the issues and were told they will be taken care of but no maintenance staff showed up and we had to spend our 2nd night with the same issues. Thankfully the weather was good and we spent most night with AC turned off.

The room was conveniently for me being on oxygen and close to coffee and breakfast. Parking was close for handicap and easy nice area for taking the dog out. I would recommend getting a bag station for dog waste as many were not picking up after taking their dogs out

Decent room. Decent breakfast. No complaints. Would stay again

Loved the hot tub, wish it would stay open later than 10 though. Best blackout curtains I have ever had in a hotel!!!!

Our room didn’t have hand soap and we called front desk for it and we never received it. Hallway and room had weird smell to them. It was close to the tho G’s we wanted to do.

The staff was nice. The woman at the counter even tried to find discounts for me. However, the hotel is run down and terrible. The whole place smells incredibly musty, even in the rooms. There are holes in the walls in the hallways. The carpeting is outdated, and looks like it's about 50 years old. The rooms are also incredibly small, and three people are crammed in a room meant for four people. I guess the only nice thing is the outdoor patio. Don't waste your time or money staying here.

Breakfast was great to start the day out .I had a waffle with the works which I made easily using the waffle maker there ,mini muffins, yogurt and coffee. The breakfast area was clean and well supplied. Fruit choice limited that day to apples .The hot tub water jets were set too high and actually wasn't relaxing like it usually is other times I've been here.Pool water was really cold .I'm just hoping next time I come here it's better.
