River Road Motel

I was charged for both nights, and made several attempts to call them and they never returned any of my calls.

The air conditioning did not work the door did not seal all the way shut. You have to stand on a chair to work the air conditioning there are no outlets in the room.

The A/C wasn't working. Couldn't open a window. We left around midnight because it was too hot and uncomfortable to stay. Would not recommend. The desk clerk wasn't sure about anything. He said he was left with no instructions.

Total scam. We didn’t even get to stay there due to overbooking, and they charged us anyway. Office was closed / Staff wasn’t even on site when we showed up both days. Terrible. Do not stay here! And especially do not book this place online. This establishment should be removed from Expedia and all other online booking services .

The hotel was a disaster I observed illegal activities and the place was disgusting they over booked and i didn't get a refund i booked my room a month before my trip got there and no room the one they offered was nasty the sheets had dirt and blood no door lock and the window didn't lock and I had to pay for another hotel that cost more the one couple that stayed there witnessed another couple with the same issue I had

The location was prime for walking to shops and perfect placement to drive to any of the bigger attractions, will definitely be returning when i go back to the Dells! The man behind the counter was also super friendly and helpful!

Basic, fine budget option right near the main drag

Mold in the bathroom. Dirty shower curtain. Broken toilet paper holder. 2 queen bed and only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. No surface to put your stuff on in the bathroom. Burnt out light bulbs. A/C didn’t work. Only one small garbage can, tv just sitting on the table leaning against the wall unattached, miserably uncomfortable beds, flat useless pillows.

CJ was awesome. He was very helpful and a great ambassador. Very close to downtown. This was a no frills hotel very reasonably priced

Nada que ver a las fotos de la publicación, instalación en pésimas condiciones la nevera no servía la ventana no tenía cortina los tomas de luz no funcionaban bien la cerradura de la puerta tampoco servía bien aveces cerraba aveces no y lo peor la única luz de la habitación eran dos lámparas por qué no había luz general, me sentí poco segura en el lugar y golpearon mi carro en el parqueadero

I wasn't sure how clean it was and parts of the room were a bit disheveled (broken chair, lamp didn't work, etc.)

The door security didn't work, there was no air conditioning and they didn't change our room. Honestly I know it was a cheap motel but we still paid to be able to spend a comfortable night but the air without working was the worst.

Horrible stay. Staff weren't even around to check us in for our first night, so we had to book a different hotel with no refund. Staff were unhelpful and the bed didn't even have a sheet or blankets. Do not go here.

The staff was very polite and knowledgeable

Front desk is only open 10 - 9 or something so make sure you check in before then. We would spend a bit more to find a better place next time we’re in the area.

Room was disgusting. Beds were disgusting. Sheets were dirty. Refrigerator had black mold in it. Blinds were broken. No towels. No remote for the tv. Only one crumby light. Floors were filthy. People fighting and screaming at 430 in the morning. Horrible place to advertise. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

wonderful staff and very cozy place!! our room was the perfect size and staff is super welcoming and friendly. it made us feel right at home. our room had no issues, and the tv even has a roku! if i could rate it higher than 5 stars i would.

I never checked in. There was no one at the hotel at 7:30pm. The stated time for checking in was until 9pm. I returned to the hotel at 10:30am and no one was available at the front desk. It totally a bad experience.

no rooms were ready but he was willing to let me check in if i paid in cash ?? he claimed the computer was down ?? my girlfriend and i didnt like this situation and DID NOT EVEN check in we told him to cancel our stay i will not be returning

The location was fantastic. The staff was very kind hearted and helpful My shower wasn't draining right so we were standing in water
